Ten years of PeaZip project: 16 September 2006 Pea-Peach 1.0 was released on SourceForge.

The project initially was meant for a simple launcher supporting archiving/extraction of newly designed PEA file format, and raw file split/merge.

Pea-Peach project was then renamed PeaZip in November of the same year, when the focus shifted to general purpose archiving utility due users' feedback.

Many thanks to all people that contributed to the project with feature requests, bug reports, code, reviews, and translations!
