IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT GYM TO TRAIN AT LOOK NO FURTHER. Since joining Peak Performance my sons and I have enjoyed learning BJJ, Muay Thai and fitness kickboxing, from some of the best instructor around. Going to the gym has now become a family tradition and something my family and I look forward to doing every day. Paul and all of the coaches at the Peak facility make it enjoyable to learn and train. It was super easy to start out as a beginner without any prior experience with the great coaches at Peak. I love the kids program at Peak. Along with the great training my sons are learning, Peak is also instilling in them a set of life skills. Ever since my sons and I have started the program, I have seen our confidence grow in our daily lives. Since joining Peak Performance I have seen my energy level sky rocket and the pounds of fat melt away. They have a great cardio program and keep it interesting by mixing it up with challenges to push you to your full potential. Peak is no longer just a gym to us but a second home we go to train with our new friends

This place has been amazing from the start. Its gotten me back into shape and i enjoy the variety of classes. The instructors are great and really help you to understand what you're doing. This place is great for anyone looking to become a professional fighter or anyone looking to get in shape in a more fun way. The environment is very friendly and the people who train here are friendly as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have had the opportunity to train at many martial arts gyms around the world, and I can honestly say Peak Performance is world class. Whether you are a competitor, casual practitioner, or simply a curious individual, our team at Peak will help you achieve your goals.

Peak is a great school with an even greater atmosphere! Everyone is there to get better and nobody has the arrogant attitude you might find somewhere else. There are classes for everyone anytime of the day and is the best choice I've made! shirt : small/medium

A very serious, tough, yet fun Jiu-Jitsu and Muay-Thai training center. I've been training under Coach Juan for 13 months now and have completely transformed my body and mind. I cannot recommend this facility enough. All the students are very serious about their training and are very eager to help out lower belts. If you are looking for a no BS martial arts academy that is more interested in your martial arts growth rather than handing out belts for no reason, this is the place DFW! Coach Juan is nothing short of amazing.

"Micah Malone - If u guys really want to learn martial arts u won't go here. Do some research and go to a real academy. These guys r a joke. If u want to get taken seriously as a martial artist avoid the NAME BRAND. We call these places Mcdojo's."

From Cardio to functional strength exercises, Peak Performance fulfills ALL of my fitness needs! Starting classes as a beginner was so easy and kept me coming back for more. I attend the Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, which combine a warm up in the beginning, skill set for the majority of the class and finishes with conditioning exercises. I can go at my own pace & intensity level, but ALWAYS receive motivation & support from the instructors. I have lost over 10 pounds since I started and I am feeling GREAT!
