When you take a break today, be mindful, be aware of the feel of the cup, it's hardness or softness, be aware of the temperature of the drink, of it's liquid sensation in your mouth, be aware of your posture while sitting, just simple stuff like the weight of your body on your sitting bone. Hear the noises outside the changing sounds, be aware also of the noises inwards of thoughts coming and going, don't try to solve any of them on your break as it is a break after all. Sit and relax. Then go back to your job and carry on. A mindful break is a break for both your body and your mind, be mindful.
