A more accurate ending to the perfect home scenario!

Seriously, I've had this happen too often. With more real estate boards removing their listings from syndicators or delaying syndication, it could get worse.

+Jim King I agree Jim! I'm not sure what the answer is, but I honestly think, as an industry, we reacted (or over-reacted) way too late. The boards and agents are going to have to do a better job of providing information the consumer wants.

Eagle in Flight at Indianapolis Colts Game

We are an all American city. A red blooded, blue shirted, football loving town. Fair to say that sports are to be thanked for a respectable amount of our development as a city and more than a few visits from some famous faces. But at last weekend’s game against Kansas City we were the host to an all-American celebrity of a different kind.

I wish I knew why my video keeps rotating through the clips. I wonder if it's because I personally uploaded it.

Excellent article from +Connor T. MacIVOR about the true picture of home values. An internet source can never do what an agent entrenched in the market can do for you. Congrats on the successful sale Connor. I'm certain your clients are pleased they chose an agent who could do the job they expected.

Classic drive-in, been around for years. Love their onion rings and draft root beer. Not a place we go to often, but a Speedway icon and the food is always the same. You know what you are going to get. The place does need updated - hopefully that will happen with the new renovation in the area.

Rick's Boatyard has always provided a great experience for family and friends. We usually go for lunch and have always had great service and the food is always well prepared. They have the best Calamari ever! Love the wedge salad and the viewscan't be beat, especially on a warm fall day.

Shapiro's is a favorite for my family! I love their pastrami on rye and have to say, this sandwich competes with any served in NY city. All their portions are shareable, especially if you want to leave room for one of their delectable desserts! Prices are a bit high for lunch, but worth it!
