STAND TO THE RIGHT! brits get really pissed off when you dont follow certain rules...
The No. 1 rule of travel is pretty simple: Don’t p*ss off the locals. But England isn't just like America but with a funny accent. Here's how to have fun rather than being an annoying tourist.

So - have always wanted to know what life was like for women in a conservative country in the Middle East - so I went to oman to find out. Would love your thoughts
You’ve seen women in burqas, niqabs, and abayas on the news — but how many do you actually know? On her recent trip to Oman, Paula Froelich wanted to answer the question, “What is life really like for women in the Middle East?”

I like the way you approach these women; they get easily familiar and confident - they don't feel being judged and get into sharing (like you would be one of them). If only we could have this relationship elsewhere... These women have no stain of ambition, vanity, self-esteem - their culture is entirely  integrated from head to toes.

Think England is just like America but with a funny accent? Wrong. The English are all about their rules (Stand to the right! No stopping for photos! Get the street pronunciation right!), and they get really super cheesed off if you break them. So watch the video (above) and know before you go!

Even though I've traveled in the Middle East a lot, I have rarely been able to get my questions answered - and I've had so many... especially for the women. I'd love your thoughts on this video in which I find out what it's like to be a woman in a conservative Middle East country (hint: arranged marriages, the men and their family choose the woman, not the other way around, if you divorce you lose your kids if you or your ex gets remarried.. etc). fascinating.

I seriously felt like I was in a nativity scene in this shoot - watch for the moment on my face when the internal conversation in my head goes something like this
"SO CUTE! I LOVE BABAY GOATS..."
"Wait. do these have rabies shots? Do I have my rabies shots?"
"Oh shit. I think I have rabies..."
In the Oman town of Nizwa, history comes to life every Friday with a fascinating, ancient form of banking.

this could be one of my most fave stories/videos ever... from the files: "I showed up at the ballroom of the Trump Doral ready to represent the Galaxy of Ohio, quadrant Cincinnati, with a red T-shirt that read, “Nobody Puts Cincy in the Corner.” The ballroom had been turned into a glam room, complete with rows of hair and makeup stands, racks of bedazzled dresses that would have made RuPaul’s eyes bleed with envy, and more Chinese Laundry shoes than a Payless in Topeka." Please watch an share!
