I'm 70. I think the key to anti-aging is eating healthy food with supplements and daily exercise.  Any fitness device helps because it gives you relativity on your daily activity.  I know it's not the ultimate, but I use the Nike Fuelband and the Nike Plus Running App on my Samsung watch.  I have a trainer who's one of the best in Austin, Texas +Meryl Carey and she tries to keep me in shape.  If I don't hit 2,000 Nike fuel points in a day, then it may have been too sedentary a day.  I just joined this community and am looking forward to learning more about all this anti-aging stuff.
