I'm 70. I think the key to anti-aging is eating healthy food with supplements and daily exercise. Any fitness device helps because it gives you relativity on your daily activity. I know it's not the ultimate, but I use the Nike Fuelband and the Nike Plus Running App on my Samsung watch. I have a trainer who's one of the best in Austin, Texasand she tries to keep me in shape. If I don't hit 2,000 Nike fuel points in a day, then it may have been too sedentary a day. I just joined this community and am looking forward to learning more about all this anti-aging stuff.

- It is what I try to do, and it is definitely a start! But as we know genetics play a big part, with me that is bone disease. As we speak I am in the hospital with my forth knee revision reconstruction., as for the rest of my body it is in pretty good shape, I did not have no polyps, my heart is great, my liver is fine, so the supplements I use do well! the way I eat has changed my life, and what little exercise I can do, I do! I am going to aquatics from here on out, no pressure on the joint. My big thing is total body cleansing come and expecially colon cleansing. I think it all starts there, kind of like Dr Kellogg he was on the right track.Aug 30, 2015
