TMSU 0.5.0 is released!
It's been a while in coming but I have finally pushed out version 0.5.0 of my file tagging program TMSU.
If you've not heard of it before, TMSU lets you tag your files from the command line and then mount a virtual filesystem from which you can access your files by tag from any other program: including GUI apps.
This release has a multitude of changes but the most notable ones are:
• Support for local databases: create a database at a point in the filesystem and TMSU will automatically use it whenever you are working from there.
• Switch from absolute to relative paths in the database makes TMSU databases more portable and much smaller in size.
• New 'config', 'untagged' and 'init' subcommands.
• Microsoft Windows support, albeit without the virtual filesystem at this time. (Binary available on the GitHub releases page.).
