Are You a One Person Business?

Google makes it easy for me to run my business through one suite of products, rather than mixing and matching a bunch of different platforms.  Chris is spot on, here.

How can google apps help your coaching business????
What Google Is Doing For Life Coaches     Everyone is familiar with Google search engines, but there is a lot more to Google, more then most life coaches realise.  There are many hidden G...

Be Brave. Decide That It's Time.

I think this is a neat project.  Put it out there.  See what happens.

We want to know what YOU think It's Time for.
Play to win a 3 day all-access pass to It's Time Conference.

In 2 weeks, a  a select group of powerful organizations, women and men will get together to achieve gender equity and empower women and girls at all levels to be leaders. You can be there too!

Here's how the game is played
It's 2015, yet many social dynamics haven't changed. We want to know what you think It's Time for.

1. Share your own story - in a post, in an image, in a short video - and let us know what YOU think It's Time for. You can share it all over the web - Google+, Twitter, FB, LinkedIn, Pinterest, your own blog. Have fun!

2. *Use the Hashtag #itstime2015 * so that we can track it with +NOD3x

3. Spread the word get as many shares and comments as you can for that post, and other posts.

4. You have 5 days to really rock it! We'll announce the winners on Thur. April 23, 2015 at noon CST.

Need inspiration?
I'll start -

It's time for each of us to find our unique voice and share it with the world. Gone is the chase of the shiny object. Gone are the day of copying others. Gone is the pursuit of external pacifiers, Novocains for the soul.
It's time to discover our passion, what truly fuels us, stand up and - unapologeticly - grab it with both hands and drown in its bliss.
That's what life is about, and it's time for all of us to have a taste. and then the whole cup. Why not? ;)

A great example of it is +Mia Voss  -
Mia Voss recently took a 3 week birthday celebration trip to Italy.. all by herself! Even when faced with a breakup and a cancer scare, Mia chose to push forward and celebrate her 50th birthday and celebrate with wine, restaurants & building new connections in another country. Lesson learned: just do it. YOU can do it.

YOUR TURN
What do you think It's Time For?

Let us know. We're tracking :)

Stage Hypnosis at The Palace Theatre

On Thursday, April 23rd I'll be performing at the Palace Theatre in Manchester for the first time.  "Mind Games" is the world's first interactive stage hypnotism show.  The audience gets to vote on what they want to see happen on stage using remote controls.  It's a fresh take on a form of entertainment that has been largely unchanged for nearly a century.

I've toured nationally performing this act for four years, mostly for colleges, but it's time to bring Mind Games to a wider audience.  If you've seen a stage hypnosis show before, you know how much fun they are.  If you've never seen a hypnosis show before, see the one that breaks the mold!

Head on over to the Palace Theatre's website and get your tickets now:

Nachos and Beer, forget the work but keep the social media. That beer is awfully close to that non-windows machine.

Monthly Hypnosis Contest  -

How do You Help People Grow?

Now that spring has sprung, the world around us will go through it's annual cycle of rebirth and growth.  How do you help people embrace growth and change using hypnosis?  That's the theme for this month's contest.

You can submit an audio recording, or a video, that focuses on helping people grow.  It must be your own original work! The audio or video that gets the most plus one's at the end of the month earns it's creator a book from my library.

If you have ever been to the AZ desert, it would make sense. There is simply nothing else but the beans from Mesquite trees and of course blue agave tequila that comes from the plant on the top right. So the next question we ask ourselves is: What came first, the tequila or the prickly pear jelly?

John Oliver is My Hero

What does it say about our modern media when the comedian puts together the most thoughtful piece, and the most challenging interview? Fantastic!

It doesn't work with Cyrillic, +Paul Ramsay. Also, I play drums, not woodwinds. The biggest problem with this device is lack of ascent - I've had so many compliments over the years about my accent that I think I ought to keep it, so you see - this device isn't for me.

How's This For Perspective?

800 years ago, somebody lived here.  They kept their water in clay pots, and they hiked up a precarious path to the top of a canyon on a regular basis so that they could grow corn on the flat land up there.  This was someone's life.

I contemplated this today as I walked along the steady stairs and paved pathways that the National Park service had built at Walnut Canyon National Monument so that folks like me could witness this slice of history.  I carried my water in a plastic bottle, and I didn't bother with food, because I knew I would get in my car and drive to Flagstaff for lunch.

And all of this is after I flew in an airplane to Phoenix and drove up in a rental car that I reserved on a computer.  I also made a hotel reservation with that computer, and stayed in a place that had climate control and internet.

My life is amazing.

It's amazing to think that from day 1 until about 200 years ago everything was pretty much the same. Then everything changed. I wonder if it's the start of something big, or the end of it all. I guess that's up to us.

Creator of "Mind Games," the world's first truly interactive stage hypnotism show, and "Hypnotic," the first reality web series about hypnotism.
Introduction
Welcome to my Google+ profile!

I perform as a stage hypnotist for colleges, corporate events, and high schools.  My show, "Mind Games," is a unique approach to stage hypnosis that gets the audience more involved than other stage hypnotism shows.  If you would like to get a sense of how, check out my hypnosis videos over at my YouTube channel.

In the fall of 2013 I produced a reality web series titled, "Hypnotic." It was the first reality web series devoted to hypnotism.  A camera crew followed me on tour as I visited colleges in the United States, giving a behind-the-scenes look at what my life is like as a professional entertainer.

I teach stage hypnosis and consulting hypnosis to those who want to get certified and start their own careers in hypnotism.  If you think you might enjoy a career working full-time as a hypnotist, drop me a line and let's talk about it.  I'm always happy to share with people who are truly interested in hypnotism.

When I'm not performing, I consult with clients as a personal coach.  I believe we all run some version of "software" in our minds, and sometimes we need to update that software so that we can run a better version and get better results.  I help folks do that.

I am available for interviews on hypnotism, personal development, and entrepreneurship.  If you would like me to be a guest on your radio, TV show, podcast, or Hangout series, please contact me directly.

If you circle me, I want to share content with you that enriches your day.  To that end, I hope you will drop me a quick line and say hello and tell me which of the following areas interest you, as they are the ones I most often post about:

Hypnosis
Wellness
Personal Development
Food
Business/Entrepreneurship
Bragging rights

I made my first home purchase with the help of Northpoint Mortgage, and I also re-financed that same home with Northpoint's help. Karen Lagasse consistently goes above and beyond in her service. She is always prompt in returning phone calls, she takes all the time you need to explain things, and she is thorough in covering all the aspects of the lending process so that things get done properly. I found a lot of people are out there making claims about all the things that they can do for you when it comes to getting a loan, but many of them just want to sell you a loan. They don't necessarily care about whether that loan really puts you in a position to succeed financially and protect your purchase. Karen and the folks at Northpoint aren't like that. They do their best to get you a loan that's right for you. The buying process can be overwhelming and stressful. You just want to feel safe. You can trust these folks. Use Northpoint Mortgage.

I've had memberships at the Works and Planet Fitness, and those places are great in their own ways, but Seacoast Kettlebell is something special. They have the best instructors I've ever worked with. There is a really great atmosphere there. People are friendly and supportive, and there's a contagious energy from all the people who go there to work hard at being healthy, yet there's no pressure around that. The instructors are so good about helping you learn how to do things, and they balance pushing you to get a little more work in while always making sure that you're okay and you're not putting yourself at risk. There is a range of participants at Seacoast Kettlebell. Some folks are out of shape and trying to get themselves going again, while others are in amazing physical condition. Everybody is encouraged to adjust the workout to what's best for them. Be prepared: Crossfit is a serious workout. It kicks my butt every single class. But with so many good people around me there, I want to keep coming back and do better each time.

I have worked with Anchor Line on three different occasions, all of which were projects for my own business. The work, in each case, that was done was outstanding. Adam is super easy to work with, has a wonderful attention to detail, and delivers on whatever he says he's going to do for you. I will continue to think of Anchor Line as my first option for any video production work that I need in the New England area.

My wife and I discovered Sara Thai about two years ago, and it's a regular stop for us. The food is fresh and always promptly prepared. They have the best pan fried dumplings in the seacoast. Usually I develop a favorite dish or two at restaurants that I frequent, but at Sara Thai I just keep trying new dishes because I'm amazed at how much I enjoy them all. The food is so good there, in fact, that we have almost stopped eating Chinese food completely.
