Has anyone heard if the RAZR Maxx HD will get another software update, hopefully to jellybean or beyond? Everything I can find on the net seems to indicate either no or unknown. I'm hoping for at least one more update.

What WiFi tethering apps are people using with their phone?  I want to be able to create a hot spot without having to use the built-in Verizon app.

I just had lunch at this place, and it was pretty good. Don't let the name fool you, this is not a grocery store or anything like that. It's located in Kendle Yards, and it's nice to see places like this springing up in areas that need it. The inside is a little noisy, due mainly to cement floors and non-sound absorbing materials on the wall. The service was okay given how crowded the place was. The food was well worth the wait, though. I ordered the Korean Pork Sandwich with a side of Grilled Brussels Sprouts. The Brussel Sprouts were delicious, with a slightly peppery taste. The Pork Sandwich was excellent. There was a little too much of a sauce they put on it, but the pork and onions tasted great. The bread is made onsite (I believe) and was a great pairing with the pork and onions - it absorbed just the right amount of juice from the pork to slightly soften yet remain intact. The prices were also very reasonable. My entire meal was about $9.50 including tax, which is very reasonable. I will definitely be back to this place.

I say again... Apple zombies

Apple iPhone 5 Hilarious Comparison (its really the iphone 4s)

I couldn't help but share this gem with the world. While I know that millions of people are going to go batsh*t crazy to make sure they pick up the latest iphone, I have surprisingly heard from a large number of professional colleagues that they are very underwhelmed by Apple these days. Does this matter...not at all as this video below demonstrates.

I do however always love the fact that Apple acts as if it is the first to do everything. For example, I heard yesterday that Apple said the iphone 5 is the worlds thinnest phone...which is amazing...except that it is not even close to accurate. The Oppo Finder, ZTE Athena and Huawei Ascent P1 are all significantly thinner then Apple's "revolutionary" product. But I digress...who needs facts?

for full disclosure, I am NOT making fun of those that love apple products, but more so the fact that Apple makes the same products year after year. The fact that people want to purchase them is more a example of Apple's marketing then anything else...

+Herman Chelette the third party app such as FoxFi is designed for people who have unlimited data, not the "Share Plan" which limits your data usage to a certain limits. I have the old unlimited data from Verizon, that's why I use FoxFi.

I love receiving notifications from my communities, but I receive a Google+ notification as well as an email.  Does anyone know how to turn off the email notification feature so that I just get the Google+ notification?

Turns out, all that happened was a delay in receiving the email (not sure why).  I was looking in closer detail at the Communities information on Google+ settings page, and it appears that you're stuck getting all 3 - at least that's how I read it.  I decided to set up a filter for these emails so they are diverted from my inbox.  I'll see how that works.

Is there no limit to the evil empire that is #Apple?  The article highlights "collusion" between Apple and publishers of e-books to fix prices.

This place has always been a favorite of mine. Huge drink selection, but expect to pay around $10 for each one. Food is great. I've tried most of their items and they're very tasty. The only down side is they're always busy.

I ordered an enchilada which was excellent. They provide chips and salsa while you wait, which is also excellent. The service was fast and friendly. I come here every year and will keep coming for as long as I can.

Pretty much everything here is awesome. They have great happy hour specials - probably the best in Spokane - and the food is excellent. The only negative is the service can be a little slow at times. But, there are so many people it's somewhat understandable. All in all, one of the best places for a good time in Spokane

This is a very nice hotel. I've been coming here for the past several years for a work convention, and have been very pleased with the service. It takes some time to check in, but once you do, the rooms are nice and the showers are wonderful. This is my first time having a suite, which has a whirlpool tub and stand up shower. Great times.
