Christians should strive to be responsible, acting with integrity, in the workplace and in business dealings
Paul's instructions encourage responsibility and integrity on the job. Christian employees should do their jobs as if Jesus Christ were their supervisor. And Christian employers should treat their employees fairly and with respect. Can you be trusted to do your best, even when the boss is not around? Do you work hard and with enthusiasm? Do you treat your employees as people, not machines? Remember that no matter whom you work for, and no matter who works for you, the One you ultimately should want to please is your Father in heaven.

Ephesians 6:5-9
"Slaves [employees], obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ. Try to please them all the time, not just when they are watching you. As slaves of Christ, do the will of God with all your heart. Work with enthusiasm, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will reward each one of us for the good we do, whether we are slaves or free. Masters [employers], treat your slaves in the same way. Don’t threaten them; remember, you both have the same Master in heaven, and he has no favorites."

#GlutenFree  banana flour
WEDO is the first company to bring Banana Flour to the United States.  We use unripe green bananas to create a low-sugar product which has a bran-like taste, rather than a banana flavor.

I'm interested in a lot of different things and share my interests in the form of posts & +1s.

Some of my key interests are in the tagline above, but I'm also interested in:
Patriotism: the US Constitution & Bill of Rights, and the accelerating erosion of our freedoms.
Human Rights, Poverty, Suffering, etc.: There are some really big & bad problems in the world that need to be resolved. I wish I had more time/energy/funds/resources to more effectively combat them.
Travel & tourism: I'd like to see and experience more of the world to better understand my fellow humans.
Art, Music, Photography, Videography: I enjoy creative media.
Sex & Sexuality: God made it for our benefit and pleasure and He made it good.
Guns & Ammunition: I've never shot a gun in my life, but am becoming increasingly interested in them.

Staying here has been an excellent experience. They have great rates, pleasant staff, and very nice rooms (better than the Holiday Inn in San Clemente we recently stayed at that cost 60% more). The staff was nice enough to give us 10% discount cards for the Black Bear Diner located on the same lot which is very convenient. I'm saving this location for future use.

Great food, huge portions, good service & relatively inexpensive. However they take cash only which is rather odd. There is an ATM, but you'll get dinged a service fee.

Based on the reviews, this seemed to be the best Hawaiian restaurant in the area, but I was a little bit disappointed in the experience... First of all, while the menu has many choices, they didn't have quite the choice I wanted and were absolutely unwilling to do any kind of substitutions. I confirmed with the owner that the Jalapeño Chicken is basically the BBQ Chicken with jalapeños, and costs the same, so I asked for a combo of Kalua Pork & Jalapeño Chicken, but the owner flatly refused. Next, although we indicated we would be dining in, the food was served in black Styrofoam containers with plastic cutlery and the drinks were in plastic "to go" style containers. At first I thought the server made a mistake, but apparently this is how they do things since the few other customers dining in were served in the same manner. It quickly became quite obvious that the vast majority of their clientele order to go. I figured that all fast food places have a drive-thru, but apparently not. I took my wife here thinking it would be a nice place for a date, but the atmosphere is more like a fast food joint and quite noisy. Many of the customers ordered blended drinks which are prepared right up front with a VERY LOUD blending machine, making it difficult to converse with my wife. If you're looking for something romantic and/or flexible in their offerings, look elsewhere. If you want pretty good Hawaiian fare with very little flair as you're rushing through life, this would be a good pitstop. Many of the customers seem to be regulars and very friendly with the staff, occasionally even referring to each other by first name, which is admirable. Finally, I believe my disappointment stems from having in mind a different kind of dining experience based on being spoiled by Pac Island Grill in Federal Way, WA. I had been going there since they opened and my wife & I ate there many, many times when we used to live in Western Washington. P.S. The Sriracha sauce here is watered down, which is pathetic.

I've used their automatic car wash twice on my wife's PT Cruiser GT. The first time was fine and the wash was about what I expected for the price, but the second time the machine ripped the factory OEM rear spoiler right of her car! I left a note and am waiting to hear back. I'll update this after the situation is resolved. Edit: This matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Pete, the owner of the car wash, called me the next day and we discussed the matter. He indicated that the situation was documented on their CCTV video monitoring as well as my interaction with another customer whom I asked to be my witness. We discussed how to proceed and agreed that I would research and find a suitable replacement spoiler and let him know the details and we would discuss recompense at that time. I discovered that a replacement, unpainted, spoiler from the dealer would be nearly $700 which is completely ludicrous. So, after searching online for a while, I found a same-color spoiler off a 1-year-newer wrecked PT in Ohio and had it shipped directly to me for $60 total. I requested that amount as compensation since it's already painted the same (or close enough) color and I will install it myself because it looks very easy. Pete had no qualms about compensating me for the part as the cost was reasonable for the repair. He is a really decent fellow and I have no ill will toward him or his establishment, but I think it would be best if I not use the automatic machine henceforth to avoid any further issues. Caveat emptor!
