Nice tutorial, Well done, well executed and excellent easy to follow steps. Two thumbs up. I am looking forward to the multiple load-balancer+heartbeat tutorial and the clustered mysql tutorial.

Just some thoughts on Bible study and how it has changed for me. It might be that it will strike a chord for you as well.

I posted this on FaceBook a month or so ago and thought I would share it with my G+ crowd as well. I try to answer the question "So, just what is a sodomite anyway?" You may be surprised at the answer.

Why was Sodom and Gomorrah destroyed by God? It is likely not what you think. It actually has nothing to do with what you have likely been taught all of your life.

If you are a believer you should allow the Bible to answer the question you. If you are not, you might still be interested. The answer is in Ezekiel 16:49. It says "'Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy."

Brothers and Sisters, how do we get so mis-focused? I see so much political rhetoric from people that claim Christ that dehumanizes the poor and the aliens that makes me believe we have completely missed the mark.

If we are to live the life with the focus that God wishes us to have we will care for those less fortunate. Jesus would call these people "the least of these" and add that if we do not care for them we will be unrecognisable as His followers on Judgement day and asked to depart.

We should be community focused. Our focus needs to be on helping people. Not judging them. Our focus should be on saving/helping them not labelling them (homeless, illegals, welfare recipients, etc) so that we can hate them as a group. Hate is not a Christian quality. And if you say they do not deserve our concern, consider whether you deserve the grace you have been given.

And just to set the record straight, the actual, Biblical definition of a Sodomite is one who is : "arrogant, overfed and unconcerned...[for] the poor and needy". It has absolutely nothing to do with sexual preference. I know many "straight" sodomites, do you?

Sometimes it is just too clear why those that do not believe call us hypocrites....

Thanks Paul, for the insight and reminder of the responsibility we have to the less fortunate and ourselves

Truly casual and friendly atmosphere. The sushi is excellent too. I love it that I am encouraged to bring my own bottle of wine and glass. I am becoming a regular.

I needed a new AC for my house. My 30 yo unit was failing faster than I could keep it fixed. So I called three local companies: 1) Lowes 2) Home Depot 3) Naughtons Alaskan is contracted by Home Depot for A/C sales and installation. The sales person showed up on time and was friendly and asked the questions I thought should be asked so as to ascertain what would be the best unit for me. They explained the differences and I felt I was able to make an intelligent choice. They were also very price competitive. I was a little uneasy in that the Lowes rep had actually measured my house and accounted for the windows and skylights and the like. Then showed me systems their computer said would work. I was impressed but Alaskan came up with the same sized unit based on sq' and what had been working for 30 years. They installed the unit today. They arrived at 8:30 and gone at 1:30. They hauled off the old 4 ton unit along with two old swamp coolers. They also sealed the opening in the roof where one of the swamp coolers had been. The men that did the work were likewise friendly and professional answering questions and cleaning up before they left. So far I am happy. I will come back at some point and update this review with how things proceed. BTW: I Chose Alaskan based on cost, professionalism and product. Lowes was just as professional and friendly but the same comparable system was $3,000 more expensive. The fellow from Naughtons would not even talk to me. Came to the house an hour late, asked two or three questions, never even entered the house. There and gone in 5 minutes tops. I got a call 3 or 4 days later telling me that they had chosen a system for me and gave me a price. Very disappointed.

Super friendly, easy to work with, good advice and product. I bought my scooter (ppl-150) 5 years ago and have been taking it to them for regular maintenance ever since. Service has always been reasonable without an up-sell. Edit (5/18/13): Still riding my People-150 every day. Still taking it to them for regular maintenance and am still impressed by their friendly and quality service.

I waited to put in a review because it does not matter how friendly or not a company is if what they do does not work. It has been over a month and the bees have not returned. I am very satisfied. Friendliness does count too, though, and I had a perfect experience. I called and Pat answered. He said someone was in the area and would call me shortly. After about 30 minutes Pat called me back to let me know that "shortly" was taking longer than he expected. Ten minutes later the technician called me and we had an appointment for 20 minutes later. The fellow was on time, courteous and professional. He went out of his way to tell me what he was doing and why. When he finished he told me what to expect and to call him back if things went differently. He reminded me that the work was guaranteed. If ever I have bees again, I will be calling Pat again.
