ROBERT DE NIRO INTERVIEW
There was an interview on Fox News with Robert De Niro as the guest. The host asked Robert about events related to Gaza.
Robert replied: “Why do we blame Israel or the Israelis for what they do?”
The host was shocked because he knows that De Niro is always declaring his sympathy with Palestine.
De Niro looked at the host and saw his confusion.....…so he continued:
“Ok let me explain, if you were bitten by a mad infected dog, who will you blame? the dog or its owner? Definitely the owner, so, all the blame is on the USA Government’s shoulders for adopting and supporting a state like Israel”

And who supports the US Government??!?!  Why the Bankster Gangster clan of course and De Niro knows it!

Awesome statement Mr. De Niro!

Yeah Bob your right,so I suppose the next step is to put the dog down.

Ihave been hammering away with this same point for several years considering the numerous, manifold attacks on the U.S. with 9-11, HAARP, Wall Street and bank fraud with British protectorate offshore banks, etc. I am getting a liitle bit angry with this lack of attention to the tasks at hand and these English antics. Just a little bit.

The Jesuit/Pope effort also is causing this country an INORDINATE amount of trouble in cooperation with the afore mentioned bunch of overpaid genetic slag

+Paul Frank  There was no such interview with DeNiro on Fox.  I challenge you to post the youtube video of the interview.

Hamas needs to make peace.  Muslims have 47 nations and must let Jews have 1.

+Aahil Fateen   Thank you very much for flagging this.  Snopes has nothing on it, but my search did pull up this retraction -- http://stopwar.org.uk/index.php/palestine-and-israel/2065-robert-de-niro-who-is-to-blame-for-what-israel-has-done-to-gaza -- from stopwar.org on the topic pending verification from an authoritative source.  De Niro has been identified has pro Palestine by different sources, and this quote has been widely disseminated -- but so far it is bearing the marks of an urban legend.

We'll see.  Unless you have a more authoritative source on the matter.

Regarding your second comment, it is not clear to me why the Palestinians should be obliged to give up the homeland their ancestors have occupied for the better part a thousand years.  Or even if some sort of accommodation were to be made for the scriptural reading that the - let's be clear about this -- _Zionists have embraced, that it not be realized by forcibly expelling the Palestinians from their lands, razing their villages, and on too many occasions massacring whole populations.

I could go on of course about the Zionists wanton behavior for the better part of the last century, and Israel's leaders sabotaging every peace deal presented them.  However, I am suspecting that as a self-described Zionist Muslim that you have different account to present.  So please, proceed.

I agree, Antarctica is uninhabited, but Israeli picked Palestine.
Before that Palestine had peace for 3 centuries( Except for Napoleon's short siege).
Israel created Hamas, by invading arab lands.

This quote has been widely circulated.  Several sources say De Niro is pro-Palestinian, neither Snopes nor Urban Legends lists this as a myth, but stopwar.org has retracted an article that referenced this interview pending authorized verification.   http://stopwar.org.uk/index.php/palestine-and-israel/2065-robert-de-niro-who-is-to-blame-for-what-israel-has-done-to-gaza

Reason does not depend on the speaker.  Personally I don't think blame is a zero-sum game: both Israel and the United States are fully responsible here.  In my mind, the point highlighted by the observation -- whoever its actual author is -- implicitly acknowledges a world full of ethnic and religious groupings, a number of whose zeal could -- if enabled -- could devolve into repetitions of the systematic horrors inflicted on the Palestinians by -- let us be clear about this -- impassioned, zealous Zionists, both Christian and Jewish.

Judaism repudiates Israeli behavior, as does every other major religious tradition.  They teach us loving kindness and compassion for all human beings, and that land is acquired by purchase and negotiation, not mass expulsions and razed villages and massacres.

As the enabler of these crimes -- enabling a paranoiac and crazed state -- the United States is fully complicit.  And the truth behind the American politics is an adroit and unforgiving media/political machine, namely AIPAC and friends, this generation's Nazis.

Does anyone have link to the interview?

[As noted above; sorry it was not more apparent.]

Thanks for checking this out. I'm almost certain that di Niro never said this--there would've been a firestorm in the press about this. And for him to say it on FOX?! Almost inconceivable.
