Numerous years ago we previously purchased a trailer from this dealer. They treated us very well and stood behind us when we had warranty issues. We are currently looking for a 5th wheel. We looked at the hitches in their store and service department area. They were very patient. They took the time to talk to us called the manufacturer to answer a question that they did not know. That was worthy of 5 stars. But then we asked to see some 5th wheels. We told the sales rep that was assigned to us upfront, that we were just in the planning stages of purchasing and doing our homework. As we were driving around the lot, he explained that there were 2 brands that he wanted to show us. After looking at a few models of the one brand, we found one that we really like. That rep went in to get us some brochures on the model we were interested in so that we would know which one we liked. But unfortunately for us he wasn't the one to come back. Another couple came in to sign paperwork so they sent out another sales rep. So the new sales rep gave us the brochure and we made notes on it and discussed a few things. He then started the pressure sales about the next year models are going to go up in price and that the one that we liked was a really good price. We wouldn't budge on our not buying today stance. As we were getting into the golf cart, I then asked about the other brand of models we were "going to look at. " He did not know what I was talking about and stated that the 2 or 3 that we looked at were it. I tried explaining that the original salesman told us that there were two brands that he wanted to show us. He still claimed innocence as to the possibility of a second brand. We talked for a few more minutes then left. I decided to take my search onto the internet. We found the Grand Design website and really liked what we saw. I then looked up dealers near us. Low and behold who sells Grand Design, but Paul Evert's. Too bad that the second sales rep didn't want to bother with us, since we were not buying right at that minute. I guess that we were wasting his time. We. Wont. Be. Back. When we decided which brand and model we want we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Haven't purchased a unit yet, but Ron has been super helpful with getting questions answered on a 2800BH Imagine. Super prompt, pics, texts, etc, but not at all pushy. Nice guy.

My wife and I recently purchased a used 2014 Evergreen Bayhill from Paul Evert's RV in Coberg. Unfortunately on our first trip out it have electrical problems. I spoke with Randy in Service and he said bring it over and they will look at it. They found the issue but it fried the power converter as well as the microwave. After a couple of weeks of looking Randy was unable to locate the exact replacement for the microwave. He replaced it with a higher quality microwave after asking me if it was okay. When we arrived to pick up our RV Randy was very helpful and walked us through to ensure everything was working. It was terrible to have problems, however this was one of the most pleasant experiences my wife and I have ever had with an RV dealer. We were fully prepared for a battle but it never happened. We will most certainly go out of our way to not only patronize but also to recommend them in the future. Thank you Randy for all of you help!!

Huge selection of motor homes, trailers, and 5th wheels. We appreciated the time the salesman took showing us around without any high pressure. When it's time for us to purchase will definitely go back here.

WORST PLACE AND SALES PEOPLE EVER!!!!!! Would not even give them one star if i had the choice DO NOT GO HERE ...If you are looking to buy a RV or Trailer, do not go to Paul Everetts. They "gave" me the price I negotiated for, I signed paperwork, i still have my contract with everything finalized ,and didn't hear from them until I called asking if I was still picking it up at our agreed upon time. The salesman who sold it to me acted really sketch and told me he would have someone call. A finance guy called me the next day and said the original deal was not on the table but I could pay 200 bucks more to get the trailer it was the banks fault. Sleepy sales tactics at its best! Don't go in there unless your pre-approved!Now my good credit took a ding because they were trying to make a sale.

Really frustrated wrote a check to be deposited as a down payment at a later date...specifically my pay day. When they had trouble getting us approved I told them thank you anyways we will try again next year...they still deposited the check over drawing my account for several thousand dollars....also I noticed once they had my check in hand their whole attitude changed from friendly to rude. The only positive experience was dealing with salesman Ryan and the young lady working the desk...my only hope is compensation for all the overdraft charges I am going to be hit with in the morning.....doubt it..

Great dealership... we got our Class-A motorhome from them 1.5 years ago. This is our first new RV, and unfortunately, we experienced a LOT of issues with it due to (what I suspect as) subpar build quality from the manufacturer... nothing to do at all with Paul Everts. However, they handled the many issues we encountered with class & professionalism. Props to their service department staff: namely Miguel Manzo (service manager), their supervisor Peter Reyer, & the team of technicians & mechanics. After over a year, it's safe to say that most (if not, all) issues have been resolved, and we are finally able to enjoy our motorhome. Just yesterday, I picked ours up after a little project was completed. Miguel and his team installed a custom solar panel system. I brought it home to check everything out (it was late afternoon), but initial findings indicate that the system works as intended. I inspected the roof to find out that the wiring+panels looked well laid out & organized, including the charge controller & circuit breaker/switch. A digital voltmeter was installed nicely next to the RV's control panel. I'd say it's money well spent, we now have the ability to go to any campground, even without shore power. Thanks Paul Evert's for a job well done. I'll remain a loyal customer for years to come. Update (12/21/2015): We had a problem with our motorhome (water leak) which I believe is related to the same issue (which took a couple of visits to fix) upon the first year of ownership. This time around, they found two sources and informed me that they now have permanently fixed the leak. I emailed the dealership's service manager of my thoughts (that this is related to the issue we had almost 2 years back). I'm glad to say that the dealership decided to take care of this & wave off the repair charges. They STAND BY their RVs & customers 100%, and that is not a very common thing in the RV industry. Don't believe some of the negative reviews you've read online regarding this dealership, my experience with the Monaco RV may not be perfect, but Paul Everts supported us all the way and take pride of their workmanship! Thank you Mr. Dudley & crew =)
