Highlight text within Pulse and then share feature. Just came to my attention from a connection that text in Pulse posts can be highlighted and shared on LI or Twitter. Anyone know if this is new or was a classic hidden LI feature? How useful do you see this being?

I put together a grab of some of the LI experts thoughts of the acquisition. Happy to update the post and add other links to your Pulse or Blog articles on your thoughts - just let me know. Introduction
Paul Copcutt is The Personal Brand Expert who is fiercely committed to helping entrepreneurs, professionals and executives and the teams they lead to take control and build their careers and businesses by design not by chance.

He speaks, writes, coaches and consults on the subject of personal branding with corporations, organizations, conferences and  individuals. What sets him part from others is he does not rely on celebrity examples or impersonal theory but real client stories and practical application having used this proven method to manage a corporate career that started in banking and ended in biotech - two subjects he failed in school as well as help people embrace the fact that they can still be themselves and not have to have a contrived and manufactured personal brand to be successful.

Far too often personal branding is being mis-understood and worse still mis-interpreted.  It is not just about social media and online, although this is an important aspect of your personal brand messaging, but about understanding what makes you who you are, then decide on the mediums that help you communicate that.

Described by Forbes magazine as one the leading personal brand experts globally, his perspectives and clients have been featured in Money, Elle, Reuters and The Wall Street Journal as well as most major Canadian press including The Globe & Mail, The National Post, The Sun and The Toronto Star and online including HigherBracket.ca and BlueSteps.com both resources for the $100k plus executive and also as a top contributor to the Career/Training section of MarketingProfs.com for over 4 years.
