Here are some quick instructions on how to move a Google Doc into multiple folders within Google Drive. This allows you to utilize folders more like labels in Gmail (or tags).

Save for price and hardware components, there's really not much similar between a Windows 8.1 with Bing laptop and a Chromebook. And there are clearly still markets for both. It depends on if you can work in Chrome OS for most tasks or need the second coming of the netbook.
Over the holiday week, I received the HP Stream 13 laptop that I ordered on Christmas Eve. The normal price of this Windows 8.1 with Bing notebook is $229, but I saved $30.
