"The tradition of Master Penman is now being kept alive through the International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers and Teachers of Handwriting. They're very official. =)"
Beautiful
It’s not like I totally judge people’s handwriting (okay, I judge them a little) but it’s just refreshing to see good penmanship in 2015 because it’s so rare. We all just type on computers or phones and the most we write is two or three looping scribbles on a receipt. Here’s a look at someone who doesn’t just type and scribble though, in fact, he’s a Master Penman.

In China, rapid urbanization and resistance to it has literally become a matter of life & death
To the people, it looked like an invasion. For three years farmers in Fuyou village had been fighting the government-backed developer who turned their land into a giant construction site. Thugs circled after dark, threatening and sometimes beating

"The more that audacious coders dream of changing the world, the more they need to fill their companies with social alchemists who can connect with customers–and make progress seem pleasant."
Stop thinking of Silicon Valley as an engineer's paradise. There's far more work for liberal arts majors -- who know how to sell and humanize.

“To get traffic into malls now, landlords need fast fashion. In some cases they’re asking fast fashion brands and luxury retailers to sit side by side.”
Chinese malls, rocked by closing luxury stores, may be saved by the fast fashion wave.

"The penchant for more discreet luxury goods is also partly being fueled by the simmering political debate about income inequality, which is leaving some big spenders worried that it is tacky to carry a purse that practically announces its four-figure price tag."
Big spenders are looking for unique pieces no one recognizes. And that’s bad news for these titans of luxury.
