I used to love ordering food online from this restaurant, almost on a weekly basis.  However, their online system can get wonky, as I painfully discovered tonight. I odered my dinner at 8:14, but called them when there had been no revert by 10PM.  The backend team seemed to have received my online order, but they failed to respond to it until I caught their notice two hours later.  A hungry, frustrated diner waiting in vain for supper to arrive--that's the worst Asian Haus (or any other restaurant) can ever do.

Murphy's Law states that If things can go wrong, they will go wrong at the worst possible minute.  This is what Asian Haus need to quickly understand about running an online operation.
