I have purchased two vehicles from Patriot and both times the process was professional fast and efficent. Great knowledgable salesman and managers. Financing was fast and easy with low rates. Service department was also professional and oil change was done fast and efficent. I would recommend to friends and family especially because I didnt feel like I was in a shark tank like the last dealer I went to and left.

WARNING: If you received a flier in the mail today from Patriot Buick GMC in Charlton, MA, that seems to show that you won a prize (one of 5 they show pictured) be prepared that it most likely is only a $5.00 Amazon Gift Card and not one of the 5 prizes they lure you to the dealership believing you may have won. It is not even worth the gas to get there and back; never mind their sales pitches once they lured you in, by deceiving you to get you in the door. This is a scam that leads people to believe they are winning more than they actually are. The flier shows prizes worth much more than the $5.00 amazon gift card they are giving out to the majority of people that they have conned into showing up thinking they won one of the 5 prizes they advertise. It is amazing that in 2015 companies actually believe that dealing with the public in these ways will not give them bad press, and a bad reputation. They should all be ashamed of themselves. If one cannot trust them in this sort of gimmick, how can they trust them in a major purchase of a car. This shows they obviously cannot. #Scam #PatriotBuickGMC

We brought our 2010 chevy hhr in for service and the Service Team including Edwin was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.We will be bringing back our car for service with Edwin!

SERVICE REVIEW - My GM vehicle is, like millions of others, subject to a recall. The truck can burn to the ground because of a bad electrical part. The recall for my truck was posted in late June. I called Patriot in mid-July to ask if they can do the repair. I *specifically noted* during the call that, when I checked the GM recall site, it said a repair wasn't available. But I figured maybe dealerships get more up-to-date info? I didn't know; I assumed Patriot would have the latest info. The service advisor assured me they could fix it, so I should schedule an appointment and bring it in. Fast forward two weeks. I cleared my schedule for the morning and drove 20 miles one-way to the dealership. They checked me in, took my keys and ... within five minutes told me they can't fix the truck. In fact, they didn't even need to look at it because a VIN lookup told them the same thing I already knew ... GM doesn't have a fix yet. All this could have been settled by phone on my first call to this dealership. Instead, I rearranged my workday and drove 40 miles roundtrip so Patriot Buick GMC could waste my time.

They will tell you anything you want to here to sell a car, and then they can't service it. I was told I had life time oil changes, not so fast they gave me four and tried to take one away as they said it expired, had brakes done their 4 times and brought in again (43,000) miles and wanted to charge me again to turn rotors (198.00) per axle. Being a Navy Vet used to work on cars a lot to earn extra cash. What happens when you keep turning rotors? well they get thinner and they warp even easier. What a piece of junk this Arcadia turned out to be. We even bought lifetime pads which they wouldn't warranty. Will never ever do business with them and anyone who does get everything in writing that your salesman says or you will be in the same situation I am. They fired the guy but that doesn't do me any good, all around bad place to do business. Oh and by the why I did call Melissa and heard nothing back. Just a great place, she assured me she would get back to me. Well There Hyundai dealership in Northampton is good. So go there.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Patriot service department. Edwin is a great adviser. Myself and my car are always happy when we leave. I would recommend this service department to anyone who asked! Thank you to everyone at Patriot including Edwin!

I was recently in to have some work done on my truck, although it was a time consuming process i had not planned on. The service advisor Niki was a tremendous help getting me through the process and making sure everything was done correctly. I applaud Patriot for having service advisors like her that truly help the customer.

Wonderful experience! My family and I came to the dealership in dire straits, and Dan Curboy and the rest of the team were more friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond and put us in a great vehicle that we love more and more each day
