Ok, shed some light on this for me peeps...

What's the point of an IM app like #Allo, Whatsapp, etc when SMS/MMS exists? The problem I have is that if I want to use Allo, I have to convince all my contacts to download it so I can communicate with them, whereas if I use SMS, I can talk to anyone with a cell phone number. I had this question with #Hangouts as well, but once they integrated SMS into the platform, the question went away. I stopped using Hangouts because I had this weird issue where I would text my wife, but her responses would come through ONLY on my text via the phone's standard SMS app, so it ended up causing issues when I couldn't see her responses.

Anyway, maybe there's something I'm missing but with SMS I can have group texts, I can send pics, I can send my location, etc. What's the point?

Now that I've said all that, I'm going to of course try to get everyone to use Allo because of some of the assistant related features, and I like to give new tech and apps a try, regardless of whether or not I need them.

I like Allo but it needs more features before it's ready to replace Hangouts for me. I need cross device syncing.

I mean, everyone says they're going to vote for him so they can claim the "high road"....I didn't know it meant the literal higher than a kite road.

This guy seems to be no less out of touch and able to stumble all over his words than the other two. I seriously hate this election cycle.

I was gonna run for president, but I was high.
I would be the White House resident, but I got high.
Now I'm stuck in New Mexico, and I know why,
Because I got high, because I got high, because I got hiiiigh.

Yeah, I used to be a big fan but he's failing to impress when the pressure is on. Evan McMullin is looking like a pretty compelling option.

Well it's either this, or shoot himself in the back of the head a couple times before he can testify. He obviously wants to live.

What is he hiding from? He already has immunity.

Again, team Clinton as opaque as humanly possible.
Bryan Pagliano was subpoenaed to testify on the deletion of some of Clinton’s emails.

What I said was really more in jest. A committee is useless at this point. Everyone, including Hillary supporters know she's guilty of many things, and will still vote for her. The politicians these days rely on uninformed/underinformed voters to vote for them. Democrats have the media behind them to cover the real stories with news of celebrity breakups, or the newest dancing with the stars cast. And the general populous bite on to it, hook, line, and sinker.

Yup. We've known all along she's not the innocent woman she wants people to believe she is. She got just as much bigotry and hatred as she claims Trump does.

Isn't this statement exactly what she is accusing Trump supporters doing? A general, wide sweeping statement about a group of people can be categorized as racist, sexist, and deplorable?Wow, she is just completely looney. Just as looney as she accuses Trump of being.

Yes, I'm melodramatic. So what?

Progressives and totalitarians begin their purges by systematically "othering" those who fight against them. It's just history.

Perhaps she was being "sarcastic" or that is "not what she really meant". What she said was that you "could" put... not "can". Could as in perhaps. Is there any question that many people who will vote for Trump will fit into these categories? After all, he's banking on racist and bigoted remarks to churn up supporters. This is not saying all people who vote for Trump are these things... only that he's pandering to those people.

My sons and I went here to check it out, and were pleasantly surprised. They have an area at the back of the store that allows you to control the trains on display for tokens. They have a small play area with some rides to ride, and a large scale train that you can ride through their area they've created. My 5 year old, and my 11 year old both had fun.

This is a great campground. It is clean and well maintained. The lake it's a short walk away with great areas to do some fishing or swimming. The only warning I would offer is that if you're driving up there in the evening, be careful of the cows in the road up there. They're free range as not scared of cars. At night they can be hard to see.

If you're here to spend the day at the lake, and don't need to be in anything "nice" then this place will be great. We didn't have any problems while we stayed here, it just isn't really anything special. It feels old, there was some damage to some walls, the bathroom was small, the beds were not very comfortable, etc. Although I've said all that, we also didn't need anything special. We spent the day at the lake, came home late, showered and crashed. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, so it served us well. I would stay here again.

If you're in the mood for a good dessert option, this is the place. They have shakes, various sundaes, ice cream, and more. Everything is a huge portion size, so sharing is a good option. The people that work here are nice, and were helpful for our large group. I don't live close, but will remember this place when I want a good, hard to get dessert.

We came for some great raspberry shakes, and that's exactly what we got! I can't say anything about the food since we didn't eat there, but the shakes are worth getting. The staff was friendly, and although there was a line, it moved quickly.

I love this place. They have great food, and the people are always nice. I always get the chimichanga. The ambiance is not the best. It's due for a renovation in my opinion. If you can get past the older restaurant feel, you won't regret it.

This theatre is great. It's a step above a dollar theatre. The movies are recent, but not new. The best part is their prices are very affordable. We have a family of 7 and can still afford a movie and snacks. They offer really cheap candy, popcorn, and drinks. If you're looking to go see a movie, but don't want to empty your bank account, this is the place.
