Ok. My wife and I have talked and I need to get to school. I like what a lot of schools are offering, but I haven't quite found exactly what I'm looking for. What I'd like to see is a program where business and programming/development mix. I'm interested in data analysis, staying with my project management background, learning some operations skills, and being able to learn coding so that I could find a job doing that.

Does anyone know of a program that fits that mold? I'm ok with some online, but want access to a teacher that can answer my questions, and I think I'd need to take some classes in person because I know how I learn.

I was going to mention WGU as well. They have an MBA that incorporates CS (or was it IS?) into it. I know people who completed their MBA in just 1 year, which means they only paid about $6k for it. If you can give it the time and attention that's totally the way to go IMO, since it's easy easier to get a positive ROI because you're back in the workforce after only one year and have to pay back only a fraction of what other schools (even relatively cheap church schools like BYU) would set you back, to attend. Not to mention the savings on gas, less hassle and stress trying to get in, avoiding being a Ute going to BYU 😀, etc.

Hello! Yes, I have one of those posts again...

Do any of you have a program, or online site, that can store an event, count down 24 hours, and give a audible and visual reminder when the 24 hours has been hit?

I need this for my job. Without getting into the granular stuff of what I do, I need to enter a persons name into this timer, and start it for 24 hours. Then when 24 hours is up, I want a reminder that is both visual and audio that 24 hours has been met.

I use todoist to track my tasks, but their reminders are a premium feature, and I don't want to pay for it yet.

Hello Google+ peeps! I'm looking for some product suggestions. I am working in a small room with 6 other people. If we all want to be on the phone at the same time, we will have to go to other areas of the building, or just stagger calls. I'm looking for a reasonably priced (probably 50.00-ish dollars) that will allow us to connect via bluetooth if possible, and all make calls via those headsets all at the same time.

I don't expect miracles for that price, but I would hope there was something out there that does a good job filtering out the background noise while trying to be able to have a conversation. By filtering out the background noise I mean what I hear, and also what the person I'm talking to will hear.

It may be a tall order, but I'm looking for some suggestions from people that have found something like this that works. Give me amazon/ebay links, links to an online store, etc.

Thanks for your help guys and gals!

+Daniel Fletcher my son was in "hope of America." It's a multi-school production where the kids all get together and sing patriotic songs basically. I guess it's been happening for 20 years now. One of my daughters was in it with her school a few years back as well.

Hello All - I have an early April Fools Day joke that I wanted to give out to all of you to use for evil :)

I setup a special domain that will redirect any HTTP/HTTPS request to "Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up" (aka, Rickroll). The domain is cdn1.rack1.net/ - Anything after the slash will work so be creative.

So, here are a few examples

Great food. You can order family style or individual meals. The staff are nice and the food is worth the visit. The ambiance could be updated, honestly there's not much to talk about. If you're going for a "nice" place, this isn't it, but the food makes up for it.

Sorry, still not Rib City. Rib City was one of our go to spots for date night. This is the second chance we've given Pig City, and it still doesn't hold up. The people are great, and the shrimp in the shrimp and ribs are good, but it's still just not as good. The ribs aren't as good as other places. We will have to keep looking for another go to spot.

If you're looking for an honest business that isn't deceptive in their sales practices, then move on because these guys are not who you're looking for. I was approached at my home by a salesman that promised me these guys weren't like everyone else. He said they didn't have a contract, and he explained the payment terms as simple. I had had TONS of people knocking on my door over the last couple months, so I was very hesitant to even give this guy the time of day. In fact, we had had 3 other pest control companies approach us that same week, but they all had contracts. The salesperson that came to our door promised that I would not be stuck on any contract because they were "different". Yeah, right. I have recently found out, after using these guys for a while now, that when I am trying to cancel, i am on a contract and the cancellation fee is HUGE! BEWARE, they are exactly like all the other companies, and in fact, I would rate them worse. I promise, you can find an honest company in your area that will be up front with you, and not lie to you to get the sale. It's a shame really.

We call this the "sticky floor theater." It's cheap, the concessions are cheap, and no frills. It is an old style theater, not stadium seating, but you get what you pay for. When they have a movie the kids want to see, we go here.

I love these neighborhood stores. They give you the cheap Walmart food prices without the huge store feel. This place isn't as close to me as I'd like, but we will drive here to do any major shopping. I wish we had one close by.
