Stowe House in Buckingham, is one of those few places that I visited without having any ideas of what to expect – however, it has been a long time since I have been quite so surprised by the sheer scale and beauty of a place.

Find out about the history of acupuncture and what to expect if you are going for a session. Personally, I love acupuncture.
If you have ever wondered about what an acupuncturist does and how acupuncture can help improve your health, then this introduction to acupuncture is well worth a read.

I am a big fan of acupuncture... amazing just how much the ancient Chinese knew about healing and maintaining a healthy body.
Acupuncture
It is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to restore the body’s balance to natural harmony.

I don't normally post negative stuff but I post this in the hope people will never forget, so that it can never happen again - more in the news today - Ireland is turning out to be a real House of Horrors - scary thing is, what has happened here is identical to what the Nazis did during the War: dehumanising these poor women & children / Jews(during the war), grouping them together and taking them out of the mainstream of society, medical experiments and mass graves... war crimes were investigated and people punished so why the hell are the Gardaí and the Irish government not investigating these horrendous crimes... we need to acknowledge what happened in order to stop this happening ever again. There is no statute of limitation on murder so please, please investigate this....
