Look, you hopped up pretentious fuckskids of inferiority masquerading as trendy, there is one goddamn thing that has been utterly fucking pivotal to the advancement and continuance of human progress in the history of the fucking world, eclipsed in importance only by beer, and I am utterly fed the righteous fuck up with every half-wit with an art history degree and a pot of boiling water fucking it up. Coffee is not this fucking hard, people. I ma...

Had a chance to try our latest collaboration beer, Dogfish Head / Victory / Stone Saison du BUFF? Did you get to try each brewery's version, or the batches we brewed back in 2010? Want to get the full story behind each of them, straight from the source?

On July 26th from 6-7pm Pacific, Sam Calagione from +Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Bill Covaleski from +VictoryBeer, and Greg Koch from +Stone Brewing Co. will be hosting a Google+ Hangout!

What's a Google+ hangout? It's a live video stream which will allow all three brewers—and our illustrious moderator +Wil Wheaton(!!!)—to taste through each brewery's versions of this hellaciously herbaceous beer, and you're invited to tune in! They'll also talk about how this beer came to be, with a look at the industry as a whole and the great sense of camaraderie and collaboration that exists between craft brewers. They'll also be answering questions from viewers like yourself via the hashtag #HangBUFF on Twitter and Google+.

It's our first go at something like this, and it looks like it's gonna be a lot of fun! So, whaddya say? Are you able to join us for this virtual toast?

More info on Dogfish Head / Victory / Stone Saison du BUFF

Two anticipated FAQ's:
1) No, you do NOT need a Google+ account to tune in. It streams just like a YouTube video.
2) If for some strange reason, you can't watch it live, it WILL be archived on our YouTube channel for you to check out anytime (http://www.youtube.com/user/StoneBrewingCo) though, we'll still want a note from your parent our guardian excusing you from the live broadcast.

Stone Ruination Tenth Anniversary IPA began rolling out on Monday, and we're not gonna lie: it's friggin incredible. We took the glorious Stone Ruination IPA, amped up the abv and doubled the hops, using a whopping 5 pounds per barrel. You're welcome. http://www.stonebrew.com/ruintenth

I kind of want to try this now....

I made some Joe's Ancient Orange Mead about 3 months ago. It's tasty, but it is really sweet. At the advice of my friend CW, I used some to make a bourbon cocktail that is delicious.

It's simple: use a ratio of about 2:1 bourbon to mead and serve in a glass over ice.

It's a sipping drink (it has a ton of alcohol in it, so be careful) that will warm you up from the inside during the long, dark winter nights.

It's early morning, you may or may not have slept well and it's cold... ever so cold. Scratch that. It's late morning, you slept really well and you're late to get back in the canoe to continue the trip. wait, wait... Even better, you're planning to stop for lunch and it's pouring rain; Your matches are wet and the anticipation of hot soup is killing you. Yah, that's more like it. You're hungry, you don't want to light a fire or fetch water for y...
