This is very good news and runs counter to most other information. This author however states that he's been running Windows 10 since October, something very few of us have had the luxury of so only have articles on the feature to go by.

Yesterday, tech sites went full Chicken Little over a Windows 10 feature that allows you to share your wireless connection without having to give away your Wi-Fi password. If only those alarmists had actually used the feature first...

I can't sit in your driveway, +Patricia Morris, since I don't even know where that is. ;)

I am loving my Windows 10 experience so far, and this Wi-Fi Sense isn't something that set off any of my red flags, either. Just... turn it off.

Excellent article discussing epi-genetics and future genetic testing.
Despite one in five of us suffering from debilitating chronic pain, a leading expert says it remains the largest unrecognised condition of all the chronic diseases.

I've not been a big fan of VW since owning a terrible VW Rabbit in the 80s and then learning that a bloody Beetle cost 30K, but these are nice features.

Useful info regarding ADA law pertaining to service dogs.

The Department of Justice further clarifies Service Dog Rules. http://disabilityand.me/2015/07/31/department-of-justice-clarifies-service-dog-rules/
The Department of Justice today just released a new Frequently Asked Questions document on Service Animals and the American’s With Disabilities Act.  The Document is meant to further clarify rules in regards to service animals.  These new Frequently asked questions should help clarify issues when it comes to service animals. Clarification is likely needed given both the proliferation of non-traditional breeds and types of service animals and the frequency of  bogus service animals.

Pain is unpleasant. Nobody enjoys pain and most of us find it difficult to cope with pain that lasts any longer than a few minutes. Toothache, migraines or a slipped disc are all temporary. The pain comes, we take some medication, rest or treat it with some other form of medical intervention and eventually the pain goes. It is very different for people who suffer from chronic pain. Their pain never goes away and they have to learn to deal with it...

Dear Mr. Rosenberg - BITE ME!
Opioid drugs have definitely been a major contributor to the illicit drug trade but they are also a classification of pharmaceuticals commonly prescribed for pain relief. But whether you get the drugs from the pharmacy or the street they are essentially still the same in terms of functional chemical composition. And that means they can …

The war on drugs is affecting more than those who are illicit drug users or who traffic in drugs, but those who require the drugs in order to have anything approaching a normal life. People with #ChronicPain , like myself, the opioid pain relievers under the strict guidelines of our physicians but many are finding themselves having to find new doctors because some are choosing to no longer treat patients like ourselves finding the laws and malpractice insurance onerous.
Despite the claims of some government agencies, research has shown that the overwhelming majority of addictions do not start with a prescription, and most opioid prescriptions do not cause addiction.

Former FidoNet SysGoddess (1:380/0 1 5), Geek for life!
Introduction
Friend, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, disabled I.T. professional and online gamer with Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Colitis, Gastroparesis, Cervical Dystonia and Cancer Survivor.

Always looking for interesting people with a variety of interests.  I'm more likely to circle or interact with you if you have a photo, post something other than a location update and/or speak english at least some of the time.

This isn't Facebook or MySpace, there is no obligation to circle me back or share your life's story - tell a joke, post a goofy pic that gives some sense of your personality and who would be a good fit for you.

I'm after quality not quantity and sometimes different things may catch my attention.

I'm *not* after confrontation, epeen stroking, political, religious or other debate though I will call bullshit when I smell it and you will be ignored.  Would be abusers will be taunted, reported and ignored.

Tried one of their pizzas approximately 1 year ago and was unimpressed. The service was subpar as was our pizza. Haven't been back since nor tried other items on their menu but may do so soon.

The Indian Springs location is terrible. Food is overpriced, service is awful, the "music" is too loud to enjoy a conversation even sitting side by side in a booth as physically far from the "entertainer" as possible, english obviously isn't waitstaff's first language and the overly loud music further complicates the issue and causes mistakes. We've visited both when there was live entertainment and when they were simply playing prerecorded music, during busy times and off peak times and our experiences were the same regardless. Rico's needs to figure out if they're a family restaurant or just a cheesy, overly loud mexican themed bar.

Only 1 of 2 elevators operational, toilet runs intermittently through the night, only a few of the jets in the public spa work & the blasted cold water and stirred up debris from the bottom of the spa. Just all felt poorly maintained.

One of the lowest cost imaging centers in the Houston metro area according to various insurers but don't be fooled by the unobtrusive building or location. I've used HMI many times over the past 2-3 years and they've always been very efficient and professional. I've only once had a wait time longer than 15-20 minutes and that was due to a local power outage that was well beyond their control. After waiting a short time for the power to return, they began rescheduling patients or giving us the option of having our imaging studies performed at their Katy Freeway location.

Their ribeye sandwiches and burgers are to die for. They also serve salads but why go to Beck's Prime for a salad? :O
