The food was good for the price, but the service was one of the worst I've ever had. Being three friendly people, we were surprised when he talked to only us once to get our orders then spent a large amount of time at other tables. We had to ask another server for bread, and the check that was first given was incorrect. The other servers seemed quite good and friendly however

Location is brilliant. Sitting outside in the sun. Took forever to get waited on. I thought I was invisible. Waiter was pleasant. Heres how it went. Ordered a beer and bread. Waited...nothing then he came and took my order. My dinner came out before the bread and the beer. The food was bland. Could of got better from a can. Had the spaghetti and meatballs. I actually had to salt the food....gasp never had to salt Italian food ever in my life. Give the place a miss and go next door.

We waited an hour and a half and still no food. We told the hostess we wanted to pay for our drinks and leave she said our food was almost done and that she would give it to us free. So we paid for our drinks and waited for the food. We took it back to the hotel to eat, by then it was 9:45pm. They got our order wrong our grandson had ordered Mac & Cheese and it was missing from the order and in its place were two very bland salads. The food was just OK but not worth the wait. If you want Italian food find somewhere else, this place is terrible.

Best lasagna and fried mozzarella I've ever had in my life! Will be going back regularly.

If I could post a picture of my pesto linguine, I would, it was pure soup. Flavorless. I've been here once before, and found it decent. Can tell the place is short staff and our server is completely stressed out. Tried to show my family a good time, instead became embarrassed. I would recommend Trattoria Sbandati and I won't be back here. For the price, go to Olive garden. At least that food chain is consistent. That, plus our waiter Douglas charged us for a bottle of wine twice, we ordered a large Caesar salad and got 2 halves by mistake, but charged for all. And I don't like to blame the server for the bland taste, he asked and we knew they were short staff and didn't want to spend more time sitting and waiting. Instead we expressed we won't come back, bc this experience was dreadful, and had to double check our recipe three times. I had to compare with the menu. Sorry Douglas, but this wasn't your night or the restaurant, and for 72 dollars for 3ppl, I just can't go back.

Food was great...however, my wine glass came with lip prints on it. I told the waiter and I'm pretty sure they just wiped it off and brought me the same glass. Brought us the check without asking if we were done...felt like we were being kicked out. Good food but wouldn't come again.

Ordered the 5 cheese lasagna with meat sauce for lunch and as I began to eat it, I thought they inadvertently gave me a meatless sauce. I brought this to the attention of our server and he said that it isn't a very meaty sauce anyway and offered to bring a meatball to supplement. I thought this was awesome until I see that I was actually charged for this one meatball on my bill. He knew that I wasn't stoked about the sauce then when I thought this guy turned my experience around, he charges over $2 for one meatball. Not the way to bring customers back in. Poor form...

If you've never tried Pastini's Fusilli alla Roma, now's the time...it's the perfect dish for a chilly day. Corkscrew pasta tossed with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, local mushrooms and roasted garlic in parmesan cream sauce. Yummy, creamy, swoon-worthy.

Thanks to Carmen, one of our favorite Pastini Downtown guests, for this delightful poem about our Rigatoni Zuccati Pasta dish!
“Zuccati” try this!
Really, you’d “butternut” go without it.
It’s a “gourd-met” dish to “squash” your hunger,
and it doesn’t leave “mushroom” for disappointment!
