I often talk to people in the clinic about the advantages of organic food over conventionally farmed food. Yes, I agree, it’s more expensive in the short term – but over the longer term organic food will dramatically reduce your exposure to toxins, antibiotics, and xenoestrogens.

The difficult part I find, is balancing the household budget and the desire to stay healthy. When things have to give and compromises need to be made these are my three foods that should ALWAYS be purchased as organic when possible.

I've been seeing more and more cases of Pyrolle Disorder in #kids  in our clinic.  If your child has a history of learning or behavioural issues it is well worth checking if this might be the underlying cause.
