A few minor things need to be improved and a few major things too but overall a pleasent stay and i would go there again. Building noise outside was intolerable. Communication between the reception staff and the housekeeping team needs reviewing as maids walked into our room at 8.45am whilst we were sleeping. This is unacceptable. The concierge's lack of local knowledge was laughable. Apparently there is nowhere to drink around the hotel within 20 mins walk, but we found a pub right opposite the hotel. Amongst these major things the few minor things were, the tvs not working consistently and the meat at the hot buffet wasn't even warm. However, the room itself was very good as was the hotel in general. Overall it was good value for money and these petty things are worth going through because of the value of the room.

Will not rush to stay there again, staff need to be trained on public relations. The standard of breakfast for a four star hotel, very disappointing. Very noisy owing to building works going on. Should be forewarned about the noise factor on booking.

We had a great weekend in London. Thanks to the nice staff at the hotel. We had a big, clean, spacious, quiet room (even though there was a construction site next to the hotel) and a view on the Houses of Parliament. I recommend the hotel and I will definitively return.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 12 months. The last time was not as good as the first time i stayed. this was due to me requesting a quiet room on resevation and when we checked in. we were told we had a quiet room. we were awoke at twice. Once at about 2am then again at 6am by very loud guests either above or at the side.

Construction galore. Room was not set as booked. Way too long of a check in time. Room was facing offices all staring back when i opened the curtains. Toilet continues to run loudly. Bathroom door is see through glass. Do not open the minibar. Risk of knocking over items will yield a charge to your card. Also, HUGE PAINTING OF A CREEPY CHILD DOLL AND her dog overlooking the bed. Creepy as hell. However, Arriving was not half bad. Easy walk from tube and view of Westminster place.

Got this one via Priceline bid. Nice building with views (assuming you don't get the side looking at the train tracks). Didn't try the restaurant except for a £3.94 coffee at the bar . Floor to ceiling insulation minimal so get a top floor of you're a light sleeper.

I just read some of the reviews about the hotel staffs. Let me tell you my experience. 1st of all the service was good overall. I'll give 8 out of 10. You know why? when I notified by a staff of the hotel that the girl who was serving me continuously of our every wishes, she didn't get anything to eat from the morning. She told me she started at 5:30am & it was almost 4pm. What she had chance to take is 2 glass of water only. When I asked her why, she replied, her boss didn't allowed her to. Now in that condition what they are, I mean the staffs doing for us is way too too good or can say best. I think this situation should be investigated properly cause we are not in a slavery age right?
