DHABA Style Palak Paneer: This is one of the most popular recipes from my blog. Look out for Dhaba style Palak Paneer to read the recipe. This version that I made today was made in 3tsp oil and I used low fat cottage cheese.

Here comes my 4th post on #LightMealOnMonday. This is a salad which I learnt from a friend and she shared a quick kitchen tip/secret which I used in making this Arugula-Cottage Cheese Salad with Mustard - Honey - Lemon Vinaigrette.

'Three Recipes' and #ProductReview of #MaharajaWhiteline Flora Mixer Grinder
I'm in love with the distinguishing flavour of Arugula leaves and have made two pesto using them, one of which also has fresh garlic greens. Used the pesto to make a bruschetta with bag full of flavours.
