Wonder what the Grand Canyon Skywalk looks like? Play this video. It covers the glass bridge from "head to toe." By the time you're done, you'll know exactly what to expect.

Or kind of.

Because the Skywalk is something that you absolutely must experience live and in person. There's just no substitute.

How's that?

Well, frankly, I don't think words can describe walking 70 feet past the edge. Or standing some 4,000 feet over the bottom. It will leave you speechless.
At least that's what happened to me.

I did it and just like most of the folks in this video, my first few steps on the glass platform were full of trepidation. Eventually, I got over it. But, man, what a trip.
Should one do the Skywalk if visiting the West Rim? Absolutely. In fact, no trip to Las Vegas is complete without conquering the Glass Bridge.
