Today, with +Andrew Quebe and +Luis Alvarado we'll excited to annunce APL, a new organization that will create and maintain Android libraries to help developers. As first step, we moved some personal libraries to the org profile. We think this will bring and motivate new contibutors and help the community. Even AppIntro, a library with more than 5000 stars on GitHub has been succesifully moved to the new profile. Don't worry, the old link (paolorotolo/AppIntro) will redirect to new new page (apl-devs/AppIntro). Anyway if you cloned the library you may want to clone it again to avoid confusion.

Thanks! We can't wait to see what will come next :)

Did you know you can help medical research only using your smartphone?

We are currently working on a new technology capable of detecting heart diseases (our current focus is Atrial Fibrillation) just by looking at a video of a person's face!

Why is your contribution important? We are currently testing how our algorithms behave on different faces, but especially on different cameras!
Your video will be processed by our algorithms and used to improve how they work, but will NOT be shared with anyone else.

Feel free to invite your friends and relatives to contribute to our research :)
