Do you like Korean food? I certainly do! There's this fab Korean lady called Maangchi who has the cutest cooking videos. I just recreated her recipe for spicy stir fry pork http://www.energyanaturalfacelift.com/2015/06/korean-spicy-stir-fried-pork-with-alexanders-and-dandelion-garnish/
This recipe is inspired by Korean kitchen cook Maangchi, I love her videos. The original recipe is called dwaejigogi-bokkeum. I made some slight changes and used what I had in the kitchen cupboard, and added foraged Alexanders and dandelion for garnish (and crunch).

Nettle is so versatile: great in both sweet and savoury dishes, it is a fantastic breakfast ingredient as it's packed with vitamins and minerals. The perfect way to start your day.

Painting the town black and pink #magnum   #regentstreet
Sundays used to be boring – not any more! Thanks to Magnum and Regent Street W1, London was painted black and pink to celebrate their 25th year and the new Magnum Black (my favourite!) and Magnum Pink.

Vegan rolls with foraged vegetables:
In Italy there is a starter featuring crudités called pinzimonio. Let's celebrate fresh vegetables and particularly foraged vegetables by making a posh pinzimonio. This would make a great snack to serve during a buffet lunch or a picnic.

I went to Pulse Laser Clinic to have some laser skin tightening treatment to tackle my unsightly "turkey neck". The treatment was pleasant and very effective, in fact my neck looked tauter and the skin was super soft and smooth as a result. Staff at Pulse Laser Clinic are extremely professional and very friendly. Highly recommended.
