Today I received replacement TV. I was surprised to note that replacement TV is not a SMART TV.
Where as my original TV TL-L55DT60D was 'smart' (internet enabled- having several features).
I was told the model of new TV only on my mobile and I could not note down the same. Upon verbal
inquiry I was told it is better than original one. No mail was sent to me for confirmation of replacement
model. No body informed me that new TV is not smart. I had purchased the original TV for Rs 2 lakh.
and specially selected for smart features. Since this (org.) model was not available in Bhilai, it was arranged
from Indore and I waited for 15 days. Even I had to source compatible Panasonic make web cam from US.
This action of Panasonic is not fair and amounts to mistrust. I do not expect this gesture from a world
reputed company like Panasonic. When I had taken up the matter with Area manager Mr. Rizwan at Raipur
he replied quite negatively and told me about depreciation on original buy. He is not willing to listen to my complaint.
The replacement must have been done by SMART TV ONLY (EVEN WITH OUT ASKING ME). Please replace the
replacement TV by smart TV of appropriate dimensions.
I strongly protest first against the bad quality of my org. TV and ask for right resolution of my complaint. Please direct Indian operations to suitably address my complaint. Hope to get a favorable response..
