Sigh. We haven't seen it this bad in a while.
Of all the images we've seen from Houston's flooding event, these are the 8 most incredible.

Great analysis of the watch.

"The purpose of reading is not just raw knowledge. It’s that it is part of the human experience. It helps you find meaning, understand yourself, and make your life better.

There is very little else that you can say that about. Very little else like that under $20 too."

+Pamela Hill Yes indeed. Music, books, games, movies, short films, TV shows, photography, painting, sculpting, etc. Art has a pretty wide definition and I'm pretty open minded to what can be art. I kind of have to be because a pretty large portion of humanity doesn't consider games art.

FYI.
From May 10 through May 19, each day, when read in the U.S. style of Month/Day/Year, will be a palindrome.

Hilarity ensues when you accidentally invite the devil to live in your basement. This book is on my top 5 list for the year. The writing, the dialogue, the characters are all just the best!

Awesome debate regarding technology in the classroom. I've had this very discussion on my campus many times.
Some say it broadens horizons, others that it can’t teach children how to think

What web designer thought THIS was a great idea?
So I click on a link in G+ to visit an article on TNW. But when I get there, this is what I see. I go back to click again - yes, I did click in the right place. Why do I see a full screen ad for Evernote? Oh, I see the article I wanted to read is peeking in from a sliver of screen on the right side. I have to pull in my article to read it.

WTH? Less tech savvy people would just think, "oh, I guess the link doesn't work and will go away." and THEY WILL NOT READ YOUR STUFF, TNW.

And look now I've gone and posted the darn full ad right here. Ugh.

That reeks of a design decision that was made by an executive who knows nothing about design.

Pure awesomeness. No exaggeration: This may be the most significant new feature ever added to Android Wear.
Google's latest Android Wear update lets your smartwatch stay connected when your phone isn't present. Magic? Kind of. Here's what it's like to use.
