Jeff Bezos notes, "[There are]... two kinds of decision-making that affect how he thinks about risks.
Type 1 decisions are not reversible, and you have to be very careful making them.
Type 2 decisions are like walking through a door — if you don't like the decision, you can always go back."
He goes on to say that too many decisions in the Type 1 category slow down your business, and that a certain amount of failure is to be expected if you want to move forward and grow. How many of us are willing to accept the possibility of failure as part of growing?

You might not have noticed that the Palm Beach Software Design logo has a new look. It was a wrench to leave the past behind, but we are moving forward, expanding and broadening our business horizons, and our new logo, which is now on the masthead, is leading the way. Hopefully. you'll appreciate the way we chose, vs Uber's recent misstep, which you can read about in this article. By the way, we did use a designer! Let her know how much you like the new look!
