You cannot see him if you look at your screen.

You cannot see him if you pretend he is not there.
But he is and many more like him, in every country, every city, every town, every village he is there, stooped low with the pain in his back, stopping to look in bins to see what he can find and putting it into his bag. He does not look at you, he has given up hope because you have given up on him.
Stop, look, see what is there, put down your screen, stop looking up, stop walking by, stop hiding in a crowd, slow down and stop pretending. Give him 600 seconds of your time, ten minutes, smile, talk and make him feel human again.
It will make you feel human again.
