Paddock Park has cared for our dog for almost 5 years. Both Vets and Staff are terrific. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Vets are very knowledgeable and take time to answer my questions. We board our dog here as well and the boarding folks take time to gain her trust. We like the idea that if our dog were to get sick, her vet is right there! Love this place!

First impressions are always accurate. Walked in, one older reception complaining to her coworker how she is not getting enough work hours and she'll "go somewhere else". Brought back to exam room. Extremely loud music playing in the room behind the exam room. I hope to God this was not the pet treatment area. Waiting 15 minutes past my appt. time, packed up my pet and walked out not being seen. This is not the place for me or my pets. Didn't hang around long enough to see how the care is.

I have been taking my cats and dogs there for over 15 years. Although there has been some changes to the doctors and staff over those many years, their commitment to the health and well being of my pet (s) has always been the main focus. The staff, from the front of the center to the hospital and boarding, are all wonderful, caring and a pleasure to deal. I love when they offer specials and coupons since I have many pets it makes it more affordable. I trust them with boarding my dog and an elderly cat when i go out of town. I would highly recommend giving them a try! I would not consider going any place else.

Good at first but downhill from then. Options, diagnoses, and overall treatment is not explained in detail. Our first cat did fine and was boarded periodically. The last time we boarder her, she returned scared and skittish. Took awhile for her to open up so we never boarded her again. She had her shots regularly but her annual exams seemed to be less treatment and more in and out. I really couldn't tell if the person examining was a vet or a tech! Then she passed and we got 2 kittens from the animal shelter. When they got home the male had a bad case of URI. When we took them into Paddock and got the discount for the first exam, I was told to bring them back in a week. Hint hint...for the exam fee. Well I didn't. Got tired of the lack of service and need for money and took them to PetSmart where the male cat was treated and cured of his URI. PetSmart treated them immediately.

I took my Ollie and Gabby in for day boarding. Before doing so I got a tour of the facility and was very impressed with the set up they had. As opposed to small cages, they had "dog stalls". I call them dog stalls because they had a compartment for the dogs and they had room in which to move around. . I like that much better than cages. They have a courtyard area for the dogs to take and outside play and romp time in. The boarding staff was extremely caring and loving towards the dogs. The greeting staff in the veterinary area are eager to help and are very pleasant. So far, it is one of the best facilities I have seen to board your pets if you do not have a pet sitter. I would recommend it.

Couldn't be more pleased with Paddock Animal Care Center! We are traveling with our dog and she had a problem with her paw. It could have been very difficult to be 1000 miles from home with a dog that needed attention, but they made it easy. Appointments are appreciated, but they took us as a walk in. We were seen immediately, and walked out with a treatment plan and peace of mind. Everyone was very nice and professional and it was affordable which made it a great value!

Dropped off our 4 year old and 4 month old dogs for boarding while we went on our honeymoon. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I had never boarded my dogs before but once we were there the apprehension I had been feeling quickly disappeared. When we picked up our dogs they we freshly bathed and very happy, I am happy to know that should we go away again I can trust them with my furbabies :)

About 30 years or so ago, my parents brought our family dog, Boots, here to what was then the newest vet clinic in town. We received wonderful care and attention then, much like I do as an adult bringing my dog, Jaggar, here now. Jaggar is a Super Senior, and Vicki Bennett included him (with my permission) in one of the many "medication trials/studies" they seem to have here. I love the fact that they are looking for new ways to help my best friend. Everybody (the vets, the techs, the office staff) is nothing but nice and helpful. They also offer Doggie Daycare, so be sure not to schedule your appointment during morning or afternoon "rush hour," if you are in a hurry.
