Let me start by saying how truly sorry we are that you did not have the best experience while staying with us. We have read your comments and rest assured that we are looking in to this matter in the hopes of improving our facilities and services further.
We are continuously improving the hotel in terms of the rooms, the facilities, security, and customer service and of course the value we can give each of our guests.
