This recipe was provided by chef Jessica Armstrong Sewell, from Pacific Grill, during our recent Do Something Healthy event in Tacoma, Washington.

Jessica took her inspiration from everyone's favorite dish — fried rice — and substituted quinoa, a super food packed with nutrients and very high in fiber.
