Written and oral communication are critical keys to success!
Is bad grammar holding you back professionally?

Grammarly studied 100 LinkedIn profiles and found that "professionals with one to four promotions over their 10-year careers made 45% more grammar errors than those with six to nine promotions in the same time frame."

See the data and learn how you can improve your grammar AND your career: http://hubs.ly/y0DxD50

This weeks watering advice from the Lawn Whisperer:

So what’s the watering advice for this week (June 16 - 22)? None. The drenching our lawns received last week provided enough water to keep our lawns from needing a drink this week. However, that soaking did occur last Monday and the rain that fell Thursday didn't amount to much. No doubt the soil will start to dry out by the end of this week if we don’t get more rain soon. Thankfully, forecasters are calling for some on Wednesday.

So my suggestion is to keep an eye on your lawn. If the rain doesn’t materialize and the blades of your grass start to curl up, or if footprints linger in your lawn after you’ve walked across it… then you might consider adding a quarter of an inch this weekend.

The other thing to keep in mind, is that the watering advice I provide on Mondays applies to lawns. Trees and other plants in your landscape beds will need some supplemental watering from time to time too, especially if you are trying to get them established.
The best way to determine if your plants need to be watered is to check the soil regularly. Don’t be afraid to stick your finger into the soil and see how moist it is an inch or two below the surface. A moisture meter from a nursery or home and garden store will also do the trick and allow you to gauge moisture levels deeper in the soil.
