What will their reactions be?

If you are a client of a big firm, work in one or work with them, consider asking them about the positive PR they can receive by giving to their local legal services provider.  We will make sure to give them credit in this world and beyond :-)

I won't give up on you Blue Bell!  And if I had a gallon of Cherry Amaretto Cordial in the freezer  I would sneak and eat it. Just like that cake batter I ate all last week while making Asti's cake.

National rescued my family vacation. The trip almost ended before it began when the first segment of our flight to San Diego was cancelled. After scrambling to get a later flight we realized that we would miss getting our car at Enterprise since they close at 11 pm. When we called they told us to go to National who would honor our contract and would be open til midnight. When we did finally make it to National we have had to endure a rescheduling of our flights, had to run across Houston Intercontinental Airport with a 4 and 2 year-old just to make the flight to San Diego and missed at least half of day of fun because of the delay. Needless to say by the time we arrived to National's counter we were losing hopes of any fun during the trip and then Alympia, the National rep who greeted us, came to the rescue. Not only was Alympia professional, courteous and patient with is but she honored the free upgrade that Enterprise had mailed me as an Emerald Plus member. We chose a Honda Pilot with was perfect for 3 adults, two child seats and 4 luggage pieces. She made sure all questions were answered and drove the car right up to our heap of luggage where our tired kids were waiting. It was then that we said that our vacation fun had started and it had a good deal to do with the service at National. As an additional bonus the Honda Pilot was great on gas so we saved a good deal of money along the way. About the only negative experience we had was the driver who took us to our departure flight. He did not help with all the luggage, closed the door on me before I could load the car seats and then dropped us off quite a ways from United's Terminals. We all had to haul our suitcases and strollers across Terminal 2 in San Diego but even that level of in attentiveness could not diminish the professional and friendly attention received from all other employees at National.

I rarely get told that they do not have the car I wanted and when they drive them up the cars are clean and ready to go. About the only issue keeping me from rating them a 5 star is that their process when returning a car seems to be a little slow. Maybe I am comparing it too much to the time when you pick up the car which is quite efficient and fast.
