New office. My boss cleaned up the old storage space we had on the flat and bought us new desks and chairs, the view is pretty cool and we can finally play our music without disturbing :)

Road Bikes  -

I don't want to be the guy who all this for the millionth time but here it goes: I'm a short guy, I use a road bike and I want to switch my crankset but I can't find the one I want in 170mm, just 175mm. Is the difference of 5mm noticeable? I've read it will lower my cadence, that it won't, that I will have to adjust my seat height, that I won't... Can someone please demystify this?

Like with anything in physics, the longer, the more leverage (power), the slower the rotation. So 5mm will make a difference. You will accelerate slower with the 175mm cranks but have a higher top speed. The 170mm cranks will give you a slight advantage in acceleration but not enough power to get to the high speeds.
