I transferred service from University of Colorado for my high risk pregnancy and it was the best decision I ever made. They didn't give a crap about me at the other hospital. They really care here. After I had my son the care i received was phenomenal. I live in Washington state now and would fly to Denver to receive care here that's how amazing the Drs and the hospital were. I had my first in California and they were way better here.

my first ER experience was good, but what ruined me was when I went in for a injection in my spine to help my back pain. The doctor was rude, he didn't put the lidocaine in properly and I was screaming in pain and bawling during the entire injection. To add insult to injury, the injection only made my pain excruciatingly worse

A family member was transferred there from another hospital to receive additional care...Just from visiting I've noticed the nurses are very rude. (Or maybe just majority of them) They answer the phone with "what?!" and "huh?". (Awkward!) You would think someone working in a customer/patient service type of job would be aware and know how to talk to people on the phone and in person. Not the case here. I never mentioned what I witnessed, but my family member also expressed the same to me. Not a good experience for any type of visitor. If the nurses are that miserable maybe they should reconsider their career path. The hospital needs to do a cleanse and hire nurses who actually care so the patients feel welcomed.

I liked NOTHING about the exam. When I came in, I was super dehydrated and they looked at me like I was an alien....Seriously! They didn't do anything....I mean, they did absolutely nothing! It was the craziest thing I ever experienced. I walked in exactly the same way I walked out except for the paperwork. I was only looked at ( like an alien) by the PA. The nurse (casondra) and the PA ( Noah) where very uncomfortable, terrible bedside manner and had time to talk negative about patients but no time to get me rehydrated w a glass of water. God forbid they would get me dehydrated with fluid since that wouldn't put an IV in because it could cause an infection. WOW! Definitely the worst ER experience ever. I would not go there, two other hospitals walking distance com here.

We have had several experiences with the PSLMC Emergency Department now, and they have been polite, professional, and punctual in treating myself, and my fiance. PSLMC is now the ONLY E.R. that we will go to, because of their polite and professional staff. Overall St. Luke's will be a much more patient friendly experience than any of the Centura Health facilities, and you will be seen in a much more reasonable timeframe.

When it comes to the transplant center I must say that they are great. My husband has kidney failure and has been doing treatment for a few years now,, hasn't been easy at all. But with the great support and evaluations that this hospital offers him, I am extremely happy with them. I am in the process of giving my husband a kidney and they are the ones helping us. Getting things signed and faxed as well as calling me and letting me know the next step. I will miss the staff there once my husband is better.

The ER is the best in town but don't let them admit you! Night crew was great my nurse was awesome the doctors were super hot but they won't even let you go downstairs for a cigarette now if this is our policy for patients it should also be policy for their employees they say they're doing it for your health but in reality nicotine withdrawal is not healthy and if they were doing it for health reasons they would not let their employees smoke right outside the building. Now to the day shift which was all women compared to the night shift which is all men they were not nice their goal that was on the board was to keep me comfortable with pain meds which they did not they wouldn't even get give me what I am prescribed let alone more to control the extra pain that I was experiencing. Also I started having extreme chest pains on my left side which they did not seem concerned about 24 hours later I call about the chest pains and they tell me I need to be in the ER right away but they certainly weren't concerned about them when I was there I am probably having a stroke right now wish I could have been prevented had they listen to me and not treated me like a criminal because I wanted more pain meds when they even have my medical records did I happen to have them on me because I had picked them up earlier in the day for unrelated reasons that showed what pain meds I was on for fibromyalgia and a herniated disc so er I would give 5 stars good night crew 3 and all female de crew- stars

I was transferred to PSL from Sky Ridge at 18 weeks pregnant with a dilated cervix and bulging amniotic sac. He was my first baby and I was absolutely terrified to lose him. I was admitted to have an emergency cerclage by one of the most awesome doctors who is a part of the Obstetrix medical group. The surgery went well, I am very lucky to have my son here today who is now 2. I was in the hospital for a week and was treated so great there. I loved almost all of the nurses! They were so good to me, my husband and family and friends who visited me. I also delivered there and my son was in NICU there for 5 weeks, all of which every experience I encountered was great! I am now pregnant with my 2nd child and plan to return there for delivery. The post partum rooms are small but with the excellence in care and compassion I receive from the nurses there, it doesn't matter at all! I would definitely recommend the L&D, and in the unfortunate event that anyone ever have a child in the NICU, this is definitely where you want your baby!!
