PRO CARPET CLEANING
AFTER WE CLEAN YOUR CARPETS: RECOMMENDATIONS
• Be careful walking from your carpet to hard surfaces, such as tile. Floors can be slippery.
• Keep pets and children off carpet for at least 6 hours.
• Remove blocks and tabs 24 hours after carpet is cleaned.
• Vacuum carpet anytime after the first 24 hours.

VERY IMPORTANT
• Vacuum often: To protect your carpet, vacuum entrance areas and high-traffic areas twice a week and the rest of the carpeting at least weekly. Oily soils attract oily soils, and frequent vacuuming will reduce soil buildup.

• Use entry-doormats: Use doormats inside and out to keep dirt off the carpeting. Coarse-textured mats outside your doors remove soil. Water-absorbent mats inside prevent wet shoes on the carpeting.

OUR CARPET CLEANING PROCESS
• Pre-Inspection
• Pre-Vacuum: removes up to 79% of dry soil.
• Pre-Spray & deodorizer: Our special PRO cleaning formula breaks down the dirt, oils, sugars and other sticky substances that actually attract more dust and bacteria.
• Pre-Agitate: Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer to further loosen traffic area soil.
• Hot Water Extraction and Rinse: After the pre-spray has been allowed sufficient dwell time we will extract your carpet using the hot water extraction method also known as Steam Cleaning (220℉).
• Post Groom: The carpet pile is set in one direction to aid the drying process.
• Post Inspection

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• During our pre-inspection, please be sure to point out all spots and stains that are concerning you.
• We recommend letting us clean your carpet first to see if the spot(s) comes up with the cleaning.
• Any spot that remains after cleaning is considered a stain.
• Stain removal is charged separately.
• We are going to do our BEST in order to get rid of your stains, but please understand that some stains are permanents; we cannot guarantee that we will remove all of them (there are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers, the age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this).

CARPET CARE TIPS
Top 6 Carpet Care Tips: following these tips will not only help to keep your carpet looking its best, but it will help to extend the life of your carpet and increase the amount of time between regular, professional carpet cleanings.

• First, dust all your ceiling-fan blades, AC vents, lamps and furniture,
• Then, clean all your window’s tracks, frames, screens and blinds;
• Proceed to sweep and mop any hard-floor area…
• VACUUM HEAVY TRAFFIC AREAS (2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK), AND THE REST OF YOUR CARPET ONCE A WEEK.
• USE AN INDOOR AND AN OUTDOOR WELCOME MAT TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF DIRT THAT ENTERS YOUR HOME.
• VACUUM UNDER AREA RUGS PERIODICALLY. THIS REMOVES ANY LOOSE DIRT THAT MAY BE TRAPPED BETWEEN THE RUG AND YOUR CARPET.
