"We don't need no stinkin' badges" ...ok maybe we should... and so finally, after 14 years of using Adwords, investing millions in ad clicks for our customers, and multi-millions more returned in sales - we finally got our Google Partner badge.

That was pretty much what our newest prospect said when they called us and said that they had recently talked to one of our clients (and got our phone number from them).  They went on to say that the customer was sending them a “substantial amount of referral business” due to the marketing work we were doing for them online.  This prospect also said that since it was working so well for my client – they would also like “to do the exact same thing” (albeit in a different geographical area).  Once we confirmed with our client that this was true, and checked to make sure they had no conflicts – our newest prospect became another PICS customer.

When someone asks us what we do, a lot of the time we will simply answer “We manage a company’s Google assets”.
The reason why we answer this way is that Google accounts for roughly 83% of all search activity on the internet.  When a search engine has that kind of monopoly – and when it comes to local maps, pay per click, or just plain old search engine optimization “SEO” – the other search engines (the ones that aren’t as dominant as Google) don’t really matter that much.

A great testimonial we got a few years back from Dave Nash at Office Furniture Warehouse at http://ofwinc.net/

A customer our ours called us today and said "I just wanted to call and thank you for helping us get a new customer from Google (the owner and his crew were just leaving the job site for the day). This new job is probably worth $100,000 to us and I just wanted to call and say thank you!" ...awesome! ...and you're welcome! ...AND you just made our day!

More kudos received via email today! "The new website looks awesome…cannot believe it’s ours! Dave A is getting several website inquiries since it went live. Great job!"
