Wages are moving slowly, and certainly not on the pace you’d expect with 4.9 percent unemployment.

#wages #unemployment #economy #workforce #labor #jobs #jobsreport
The U.S. economy added 151,000 jobs in January, and the unemployment rate inched down to 4.9 percent. Wages may have risen by 12 cents in January, but over the year, wages have only increased 2.5 percent.
