To what extent must communities grapple with their own challenges, and to what extent can successes from elsewhere be replicated or scaled up?  This blog post considers whether and why the struggle may be important in itself.

Never let it be said that we shirk controversy.  I am excited that I will have the opportunity to work with this brilliant and committed former US Treasury Secretary.

Does any know: if I wanted to rent the old fire station in Greycoat Place (which has recently closed) to use it as the home of a new global development hub, who would I ask?

"This book could have seriously engaged with the large literature on immigration and helped people without Collier’s training and position think through the complexities of the issue. Instead, Collier has written a text mortally wounded by incoherence, error, and overconfident leaps to baseless conclusions."
