Awesome company to work with prices are affordable, standard service rate is as fast or faster then their competition, and everyone was professional and helpful. To give one an idea a recent recovery was $300.00 which is amazing! Quotes I received from competitors ranged from $500 to several thousand! As an IT\IS service provider they not only make data recovery that I can't do in-house affordable, hassle free, I have peace-of-mind that my clients confidential data will be handled with the utmost care. Best of all if the recovered data is 50 gigs or under it can be downloaded for free. Ask for Heather and tell her Guru Tech Services sent ya ;) -Local Google Guide-

I had a hard drive fail that contained almost a Terabyte of audio files, representing a very large investment and many hours of labor put into them. I researched my options before I contracted Outsource, and they seemed like my best choice for project success. They were able to recover all but 23 megabytes of data, and I am ecstatic with the results. Outsource told me that the firmware on the drive had failed, and they were able to complete the job for what I considered to be a very fair and reasonable rate. Other services might have charged me multiples of that rate, so I am very pleased. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, informing me of everything including the progress of the work, and whet my options were for delivery of the data. Thank you Outsource for your outstanding work !

Excellent service. Outsource is very professional and very attentive. I was notified at each step of the way via email and text during the process. The rates are very competitive and the site is very user friendly. They recovered my precious data and were very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

This is the first time a hard drive of mine have failed. After researching for possible solutions, I decided to go with Outsource Data Recovery primarily for the price they charged. I must say my experience and the service I received was excellent and will definitely come back again when the need arise. Very satisfied customer.

I called other companies and they told me that repairing my flash drive would cost at least 500 $ and that cost may go up to 1200$. The outsource data recovery were able to repair my flash drive and get all the data back in only 48 hours and with a much more reasonable cost. They are very professional and reliable and prices are very reasonable as compared to other companies. Highly recommended , can't be more satisfied. They are the best. They are heroes!

My USB flash-drive has about 1.2GB of data on it that includes 10 years of accumulated information of varying matter such as my resumes, health records, pictures, personal/professional volunteer information and work related items. The data on my flash-drive was replaceable, but would have taken me hours upon hours to recreate it or to possibly find the hard copies of the information. I contacted Outsource and submitted my flash-drive for repair. Within 3 days I got an email confirming Outsource received my flash-drive. In the next week I was updated via email of the recovery progress of the data on my flash-drive. My flash-drive didn't quality for the $60.00 fee (which I had the feeling that it was beyond repair) and the price I was quoted to recover the data was outside my budge,t so I declined the recovery. Alex from Outsource called me that same day and we negotiated a price that I could live with along with what data I wanted to be recovered if I agreed for Outsource to put my flash-drive project on the ‘back burner’ so to speak and they would work on it whenever they got a chance. I agreed. A week later I got an email stating the Outsource recovered all the data! Outsource customer service is excellent. The service I received was fast, professional and courteous. Outsource kept me informed on every step of the recovery process and the recovery service fees were reasonable. I would highly recommend Outsource regardless if it’s an individual person, a small organization or a large corporation. Keep up the fantastic job Outsource.

These guys are great. I had just backed up 4 days prior so did not have much to lose, but wanted to find out what they could do to get my 4 days of data and/or drive back in order. I had some hesitations initially, but figured I would give them a shot. Very glad I did as they performed the repair as advertised with no glitches or unexpected surprises. Excellent communication from my Case Manager about the progress of my project. Well done Outsource. Looking forward to more business with you folks in the future if and when the need arises again. Thank you.

Their service does exactly what it says on the wrapper! You can even download your recovered files now from their site online instead of having to purchase a new drive and wait for it to be shipped back to you with your recovered files on it. The recovered file list for my approval was a nice touch. The whole transaction happened over a couple of emails. Almost completely painless. The cost is still pretty reasonable, but I would rather it was based on the amount of data recovered rather than the size of the drive. I absolutely recommend their service.

This company is the best!!! There is not one thing bad I can say about it. I had a drive that didn't work no matter what I tried. I contacted them - they emailed me a prepaid label, I mailed drive to them, they contacted me to let me know drive was received and assessment would be done within 2-3 days. I got notified in about a day and was advised what needed to be done - all I needed was a new circuit board and repair was successful. The price was $60!!! I had gotten quotes from other companies ranging from $500 to most likely $1,000! I was also offered the option to transfer my files onto a new drive (a very plausible idea had I not had a docking station for external drives) which would have been for about $100 more. I will tell everyone I know about them. They are worth their weight in gold!!!

Thanks for your help on getting my files recovered.  There were over 88,000 items on the hard drive when the printed circuit board failed.  Thanks to you, all the files have now been recovered and transferred to a new hard drive.  Your service was very fast, and communications were excellent.
