Today's #Tuesday #technology tip is to think twice before hitting reply all or responding to everyone in a group text. Will everyone want or need to receive that #information? Will it boost or hinder everyone's #productivity?

If you had a 3-day weekend for Labor Day, you might feel a little overwhelmed headed back to work today, but you've got this. Decide which #priorities are most important, break the related projects into bite-sized tasks and boost your #productivity by simply getting started, blocking out what #distractions you can and choosing to delegate wherever possible.

As Thomas Edison shared, “There’s no substitute for hard work”, and #LaborDay was created as a way to pay tribute to our workforce for working hard to make our country prosperous and strong. The first Labor Day was celebrated in New York City, and other cities followed this example in subsequent years. It was in 1894 that Congress passed a law making the first Monday of September this legal holiday nationally. Today, we take steps to boost #productivity in working smarter as we continue working hard, whether we work in factories, offices, fields or vehicles, but nothing minimizes the need for everyone working together towards the betterment of our world. #teamwork

Happy #September to you! This is hands-down my favorite month of #summer with 3 full weeks included of this sensational season. Temperatures are still high in North Carolina, many of my favorite #fruits and vegetables are in season (like apples, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, peaches, squash and tomatoes), and it's the perfect time to visit Atlantic Coast beaches without 4th of July crowds. Plus, as a HUGE #sports fan, I'm thrilled to add watching football and college soccer in with all my outdoor adventures for the month. Not to mention the beautiful sunflower fields you can find everywhere, and my #birthday is on the 20th. Happiness! Most importantly, it's easier for folks to boost #productivity as #BackToSchool means a return to more regular schedules. Let me know if you'd like to partner together as you organize for success, achieving all your big, hairy, audacious #goals.
