Ryan Eames over at Orem Mazda was honestly AMAZING! From the very beginning he really cared about what we wanted and got me into the exact car we needed for our new family.. (Mazda CX-5) If you want a comfortable and positive car buying experience go see him! A real genuine, honest person for sure. Ask for this guy! He wont let you down. I will be a Mazda customer for life! Everyone over there is professional and made the experience a great one! Highly recommended

Taylor and Bryce are the online sales reps here and were extremely helpful! I was just browsing online and did the chat interested in some cars I found. They got in touch with me immediately and got all the information I wanted. They even brought a car I wanted down from bountiful! They got me the best interest rate for a first time buyer and I have been looking for awhil as well! Not only that, they offered more for my trade in than the other places without me having to negotiate! They weren't pushy at all and we helpful in every aspect! I work for a dealership and was impressed with these guys.

Short experience: they rip you off Long description: I purchased a car from Orem Mazda and was given "expedited" finance because we were there way after close and had plans. I was told there were no additional warranties charged. I reviewed my paperwork after getting insurance and noticed they added Millennium Coverage onto my loan for over $2000. I purchased a 2016 vehicle. Why would I purchase additional coverage knowingly. When I contacted the sales manager, Tyler Eastman, he said he would send a cancellation form to my email. All I had to do was fill it out and the money would be put towards my loan. After receiving the form on 12/3 and sending a signed form back to Tyler and Sean Smith, my salesman, on 12/7 I have yet to see any money returned. I have sent 2 follow up emails to Tyler on 12/11 and again on 1/14 with no response.

We were shopping for a better car. Things we're going great until we had a problem with the radiator and our sales man said that the lemon law was already used. We didn't use it for anything. Nothing was changed on the car. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Jesse sold us a car that had problems and didn't say anything about it. Both my husband and I ate very unpleasant with how Jesse has treated us.

I will narrate my incident and wish that people do not suffer like I did! I went there couple of days ago for buying a used Honda Civic they had. First, they did not have pics of the car online so one could not make out of there are obvious issues. The car had few dings and scratches on the body (which I was ok with). The car was not clean/detailed(which again I was ok with as they would have done that before selling, probably). The sales person mentioned they have around 12% in taxes and fees which was new to me (as all the other places I have been to or heard of were close to 10.6%. I had asked them to give me a quote on the final agreed upon sale price (as I wanted to validate the sale price they offered me plus taxes & fees totaled up to the agreed OTD price) and they mentioned I would have got that while working out my finances with them (which I never got). I spent more than couple of hours with them talking over the sale price & OTD price. I also had good offer from my credit union which I clearly mentioned to them that if you cannot match the APR for the score I have then do not even bother inquiring my credit score. To this they told they would have to do it anyway and that they will match the APR I am getting. Finally I was told to start calling my insurance company for getting the temporary card and while I was at it (luckily the insurance agent was not in front of computer and she was to call me in 15 mins). Their sales manager came to me and said they could not offer the price that was discussed with the sales person!!! Upon questioning why, they said they could not query my SSN which I feel was outright lie since their sales person initially came back with my credit score (and I believe without SSN you cannot get that!). He also mentioned that we cannot match the APR on finance and thus I would have to pay extra money to finance it from my credit union. This was after almost 5 or more hours spending time on the car and on the verge of driving the car out that they backed off from their deal!!! Seriously guys get your act together, while negotiating you show real aggressiveness on getting a commitment from your customer on the negotiated price. Why can't you honor the same then? For potential customer reading this review, BE AWARE! They probably will treat you right only if you live by their terms and in other case they are not man of their words! There are no words that could describe the mental agony I went through on that evening dealing with these guys. However, at the end of it, I am a happy man not to have been associated with such a dealership. If you take my words, there are many other dealerships that shows better salesmanship, visit them and you will thank me later! [UPDATE] - Today[12/6/2015] I received credit application denial letters from NOT one but 3 different institutions even though they had assured that they do not go to banks for credit checks. Sure I would have signed papers for them to 'legally' do it but that was in good faith of dealer check and not banks! This explains two things to me 1. My credit score downward jump by ~20 points (Yes it was a mystery until now!!) and 2. It re confirms my assertions about them in the review above. [UPDATE] - Today [12/10/2015] I again received denial letters from another couple of banks!! :\ I have ended up buying a car from a different dealer, and I am very happy about the deal and car! They have not done any credit checks (besides the dealer credit check which lowers your score by 1-2) from any credit institutions and they have not charged the ridiculous taxes and fees!!

I like buying cars a little less then I like getting a root canal drilled. Orem Mazda is still a dealer. Your going to still here the BS lies of "Oh well we are willing to lose money on this deal to get you as a customer". At the end of the day all they care is that you bought a care. That being said the sales rep and loan officer were pleasant and friendly. So if you have to buy a car this place isn't as terrible as Larry H Miller.

Great experience overall. Taylor was an excellent sales person to work with. Ask for him if you go here, you won't regret it. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. He listened to all my concerns and worked with me to resolve them before any deal was done. I give him 5 out of 5! Overall the experience was 4 star though due to the sales manager Justin. He was pushy and rude while trying to close the deal. I didn't feel like he cared about me or what I had to say, felt just like he wanted to close a deal (typical used car salesmen, unlike Taylor). I got a sweet new truck and a good deal so overall I'm very happy with my experience here. One thing to note though and you have to be careful on is the pricing here. They told me that they put the wrong price online (too low) and that they were loosing money on the truck which is why they wouldn't work with me to fix the broken radio. If you read the other reviews on here, this happens quite often with these guys where they will quote you a price either online, over the phone, or in person, and then go back later and claim they made a mistake on that price quote. In the end I still got a more than fair price, just keep this in mind and don't let Justin or any other sales manager push you around on pricing.

Taylor Curtis is the man. I walked in just wanting to look at a few cars and he was more than happy to help me out. He didn't try to pressure or push me into buying a car. He just showed me what he loved about the cars here and that totally won me over. There is no better way to sell a car then by showing how much you personally love it. After showing me a few cars he thought that I'd like I was finally convinced to buy one. I would and will recommend every friend of mine to this dealership because of how passionate Taylor is about his job!
