The Oregon Resource Association (ORA) was formed in 1967 by nonprofit community agencies. For 46 years, ORA has been the voice of providers, successfully advocating for people with disabilities in ways that truly make a difference in their lives.
Our more than 100 member organizations are located throughout the state. Their 3,000 employees provide community residential and employment supports to more than 7,000 people with disabilities.
ORA envisions a world in which all people with disabilities are consistently and competently supported within families, neighborhoods, and communities.
Mission: ORA is the statewide network that represents, supports and advocates for our members as they provide services for individuals with intellectual, developmental or other disabilities to lead full and inclusive lives.
