I didn't like anything about my experience. I when to get a Dodge Challenger rt 2015. I went on New Year's Day. That day I went in at 1pm and got out till 7pm. They made me test drive a car I was even getting in then they tried to get me into a car that was already sold. A few minutes later they tried getting me into another car and it was sold as well. The the sales person fabio tried getting me into a sxt model. Later we settled on a vehicle and the fiancé lady messed up the paper work and had to redo it again. They didn't give me the car till the next day. I got the car the following day and the fiancé company called me to congratulate me on my purchase there I found out I got an sxt vehicle not an rt challenger. Went back to tell them what happens and that I wanted my trade in back but they gave me abunch of excuses why I couldn't get it back. Now 7 months later I've taken the car back around 10 times for different reasons and they only took it in 3 times because I had reasonable explanation. Had a bad experience at this dealership.

A great car buying experience. I worked with Rod Muller in the sales department and Colleen in the finance department. They found the exact car I was looking to buy in a hassle-free, no pressure environment. We love the new car and I hope the service department matches the level of service that I received from sales and finance. I would buy another car here without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Very efficient, very friendly, understand that your time is important. However, after I drove the car home (~ 1 hour of driving it), it started to experience problems (significant stuttering/hesitation of the transmission when trying to accelerate from a stop). Left an email that night with the sales rep, and he promptly returned my email with the next morning with advice on warranty, etc. I appreciate this type of consideration as it seems they care about their customers. Frustrated that I will need to have my new (used) car in the shop after having it only a few hours? Yes. But to rate their service, I would say it was great.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Orange Coast. Aldo worked around the clock over a couple of days to track down the exact vehicle/options we were looking for. He kept in contact and communicated every step of the way. There was no pressure and no haggling, making it a much better car buying experience than I had prepared for. I would gladly work with team at Orange Coast again.

My car's engine had a blown head gasket and I needed a car to get to work. My friend Robin and her daughter both bought a car from Orange Coast and recommended them to me. They came through for me and I am very happy to have a really nice car. The staff was all very nice and very professional. I will definitely recommend all of my friends or anyone I know to buy a car from them.

I purchased a Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and the sales service was terrible. I made a suggestion to the sales manager and he dismissed it out of hand. I have sent 2 doctors who wanted to buy a car similar to mine and both came away disgusted and bought somewhere else. We recently bought an S550 from Fletcher Jones and they were the best in customer service and ATTITUDE! one thing they did was to ensure we cancelled our Sirius XM radio contract with the old car and renew it for the new one. This did not happen at Orange Coast for me and i received a notice from Sirius that my credit card had expired. They then said it was for my Cadillac SRX which i traded to Orange Coast 3 years ago. I have been paying for his XM radio for 3 years. Thanks Orange Coast.. Never again

I have a hundred thousand plus warranty I went for a routine inspection and the service attended didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about regarding my Chrysler 2015 they also made me feel as if I was not wanted all in all a very negative experience with these people I went to Huntington Beach instead de until now at least seem to be better certainly more professional certainly know about Chryslers 300. I see you're very good at selling well in terms of service they suck

We got a good deal! Very happy with the vehicle and service we received through the Internet Sales department. Arif and Cole went out of their way to satisfy our needs in purchasing a vehicle. When we got the vehicle home however, we discovered the spare FOB didn't work. Cole offered to reprogram the FOB if we brought vehicle back; even offered to give us a full tank of gas. We live to far away to drive back to OC Dodge just for that. Vehicle we purchased went through a multi-point certified inspection; which should have included the FOB's. If it wasn't for the spare FOB not working; I would have given dealer a 5 star rating.. Were very pleased with the vehicle we purchased from OC Dodge; They need to add FOB's to their certified check list for better customer satisfaction. After spending thousands of dollars for a vehicle; everything should work!
