Deadlifts are NOT just for Powerlifters!
You get a lot of bang for your buck with Deadlifts because they target multiple muscle groups. Sometimes they get a bad rap because people think they will hurt their back performing them, but if executed properly they are actually a great way to prevent back injuries.
